Help finding a custom map featuring Mountain Kings

I remember playing a custom map a long time ago where everyone started with Mountain Kings.

Here are the details I remember:

• Map / Setting: It was an Icecrown-themed map.
• Allies & Units: You progressed alongside a human army led by allied AI heroes (Arthas and Jaina).
• Story Event: There was an event where Jaina dies, and Arthas turns into his Undead Death Knight hero model. He gives a speech saying he will follow Mal'Ganis to the ends of the earth ("I'll follow you to the ends of the earth, Mal'Ganis").
• Mechanics: Heroes revived using a Resurrection Stone (like the one from the Rexxar campaign).
• Enemies & Progression: At one point, you had to kill a giant Wendigo. The allied human army (with Jaina and Arthas) advanced through Orc and Undead bases.
