Drop a link so we can properly review your design.
A video is nice but it isn't going to let us see where the real problems are.

Skip the loading screen.
- Some places have the wrong text colour but your video is too fast.
- The “Add coach” button could be done better. Maybe just a single

Looks dope. Other comment - social proof should be more visible in the viewport. But everything else is great. Where and how did you design and develop this website?

The floating card effect around 0:14 is genuinely very nice. It breaks up the standard grid layout well and adds some good depth when scrolling. Was the easing hard to dial in? I have been hearing about Cue lately and I think it has an amazing collection. Can you please share the link?

I think it's beautiful, though functionally I don't think a startup screen is worth it. It is just aesthetics and your website has no 3D component or heavy rendering that'd require a load screen, it just artificially inflates the time a user has to spend on your website to do the most basic things. Also the scroll jacking bit, I say drop it entirely.
I also feel uneasy about the "Coaches who compete, members who show up" since it's a bit disorienting to see two different text colors so close to each other. The black text is on a gradient fading white background. I don't think it's wrong per say but it just looks bad. As if you didn't hand-design it but had an algorithm run a color contrast to pick out something readable.
