Also, before you ask why I didn't go to an art subreddit, the ones I found look too snobish.

I could be mixing two together but I have a memory of an anime where this girl pretends to be a guy to attend fancy school because her fiancé does not want her going there and I think he goes there so she instead dressed like a guy. She was there for some mission. Also I remember her dressing in a big mascot costume at some point to avoid being figured out

OK, so from what I can tell, this might be a fairly niche anime because no matter what I or my friends look up, no one can find it.

I remember randomly watching this one day when I was most likely in elementary school or sixth grade. I’m a sophomore in college now which makes this about 8 to 10 years ago. i’m not sure if this anime came out around this time, but it was one of the first few things recommended whenever I scrolled on anime planet that i accessed through Xfinity on demand.

I barely remember anything but a few snippets of scenes but I’ll try my best to describe them with as much detail as I can

I remember it had a very slight sci-fi/futuristic feel, but that could’ve been my child brain imagining it as futuristic. I remember the main character being a girl with long hair. I believe it was light colored, like white or gray? I’m pretty sure she had the standard school uniform that tons of anime girls tend to have but it was more of a futuristic color scheme? maybe white with like blue lines going through it?

I remember that the main character had a crush on this guy. I remember thinking to my child self that he looked very feminine. He had short dark hair and a dark uniform like outfit and maybe a scarf.

The main scene I remember is the main character or some other girl character sitting in her dining room, and there is a camera in her house that she is aware of. I believe the camera was always there, but this scene was very specific with the fact that she was trying to, I guess, act normal so the people watching her through the camera don’t notice that she is aware that something is wrong? I know it isn’t making a lot of sense but this is all I can really remember.

The last scene I remember was some plot twist scene where it turns out that the guy that the main girl had a crush on turned out to be some secret skilled assassin. he had katanas and had to battle the villain of the story (who i think was a plot twist villain) who was in some giant robot with guns trying to attack the main characters

when it comes to the plot, I really can’t remember anything. I think it might have been about something with the government spying on people like how there was a camera in the main girl’s dining room and I believe she might have been the child of somebody who works for the government or just somebody important in general

The main thing I am absolutely 100% sure about is that the thumbnail wasn’t the main girl but actually the guy she had a crush on. it was a slightly purple dark background. his body was turned away from the camera but he was slightly turned to the side so you could see the side profile of his head. he was in some assassin like pose, holding the katana that he fought the robot in. if I see this poster, I will recognize it immediately.

I remember the title being the Japanese name and it was all one long word. I believe it started with an F but I could be wrong.

please take all these details with a grain of salt because I truly don’t trust my memory of some random show I watched almost 10 years ago, but I definitely do vividly remember the thumbnail.

when it comes to the robot battle I described, everybody I spoke to about this focused on that but I really don’t remember the show being about robots. that was just something that happened in the end

Please help me find this anime 😭🙏🏽 i’ve been thinking about it for years.

I watched an anime when I was younger (10 years ago maybe?) and I remember a character (protagonist I think?), drew a picture for reference because I can't remember his name.

A few things to note about the protag's appearance: I know he had that bandage thing on his nose and a head band (I feel like it may have been a scarf but I'm not sure). He wears a lot of blue, there may have been red but I have no clue what part of him would have been red (maybe the eyes or something?) Also not sure if his whole outfit was blue to just his coat. But I'm 100% sure he had a yellow shirt.

I know this is probably a loss cause but I thought I'd ask anyway

I remember one reel.

The girl wears a hood, I think. It's not Secrets of a silent witch.

She has a conversation with an older servant in a street alley. The servant makes a comment alluding that she has gone soft, testing her or something.

She answers with violence and destruction to show she's still the great something or someone.

I believe it was hinted that herself and her host (?) share a common goal despite different methods and personalities ?

I thought it was Ragna Crimson, and it might be I haven't watched it, but I can't find anything similar in the highlights from this anime.

Ok so I just remembered this; I watched it on youtube years ago, probably around the same time I watched "Kiss him, not me"; it was about a girl who believed herself to be ugly (I can't remember why, but it was something about her face, like glasses), and getting a deal with a woman (probably a witch of some kind) to get beautiful for some days; the witch was also trying to get her to accept a deal to be beautiful forever, but with a price to pay (I don't remember what was the price, but probably something about shortening their life span, as the witch would use those years to make herself look younger)
The witch appeared as a beautiful woman, and had a rose tattoo
I think she was in highschool, and there was this one scene of her realizing that one of her bullys was also ugly (She realized by checking some old photos and looking for her name, in which she had short hair and glasses), but accepted the deal of being beautiful forever; she realizes because her classmate had also a rose tattoo on the back of her neck/upper back, which she covers with her long hair

I also remember a scene of her "beauty" fading away on an important moment of some kind, where she was in a balcony(? with the guy she had a crush on, and some other girls
These girls were being mean to her, and laughing because she had falllen from some steps (I believe she was trying to use heels and lost her balace)
I think the scene was maybe a reference to Cinderella, as I believe she lost her heel on stairs while escaping before revealing her "true form", and her crush found the shoe and was looking for her

I think the protagonist had dark hair, like purple, blue or black, and her bully had lighter hair, I believe it was blonde

The witch lived in like a tower clock, I believe it was black and purple, and she was also dressed in black and purple, I think

I think I watched it around the same time as "kiss him, not me" because it was probably recommended to me as another anime about an "ugly girl" becoming beautiful

I have been googling for a while but couldn't find anything, if anyone could help me, I would appreciate it!

I only remember fragments. And, since this might be relevant, I should mention that I genuinely thought these were scenes from Avatar: The Last Airbender — but I watched it and, unfortunately, that's not the case.

First scene: The main hero and the antagonist are in a cave. The protagonist's hands are tied behind his back (I'm 100% sure about this — so he's not completely immobilized. Maybe his legs were tied too, but I remember wondering why he didn't just step over his bound hands, since they were behind his back). And I recall that they started talking about something, and the antagonist — I think — untied the hero's hands and softened up, or something like that. (I was convinced this was Aang and Zuko.)

Second scene: The protagonist ends up in a snowy village (or settlement? or tribe?). It turns out that two neighboring villages there are feuding. Then the protagonist accidentally finds a passage connecting these two villages (and/or the chiefs' palaces) and realizes that they are actually ruled by one and the same chief — I think they found clothes he used to disguise himself in that passage/cave — and decided to expose this to everyone.

I'm truly desperate and frustrated. I'm just hoping someone recognizes these moments, because I don't even remember where or when I saw them.

I'm trying to remember the name of this anime and it's driving me crazy, I can't find it anywhere 😷 It was a love polygon

The main plot involved a main boy and girl who eventually became a couple, but there was like a chain of unrequited crushes around them. I remember that both of the main characters had other people who were interested in them.

One character I remember particularly well was a red-haired girl who was in love with the female protagonist. I vaguely remember an episode where the two girls were sleeping together because it was raining outside (?) and the red-haired girl asked the protagonist to pretend she was kissing the male lead (she knew that she didn't return her feelings), and the protagonist actually kissed her.

The female protagonist ultimately ended up with the male protagonist though, and I also vaguely remember the male protagonist having light-colored hair (possibly blond).

It was probably a school romance anime, and I think it was from the 2010s, does this sound familiar to anyone 😭? I watched it like 6 years ago so my descriptions might be wrong but that's what I remember

I even remember one of the posters: the main boy and girl were standing in the center, and their love interests were kneeling beside them, hugging them and the person in front of them, forming a sort of chain ¿

Okay, I remember varely an anime that I saw once in a youtube short

The varely thing I can remember is: The protagonist respawns every time that die, but don't return in the past. Just respawns. And the universe is being attacked by creatures because that universe is being deleted or something (I remember the analogy that is like a file that is being deleted). So, the protagonist respawns, then he have to see how others die when he can't save them.

Also, there is a girl that is supposely have relation to a time travel plot twist or something like that

The scene begins with a woman entering her bathroom wearing only a towel; she looks out the window. A man in a red bodysuit is hovering there; he says, "Take this for leaving me" (I think). Then he uses a fire-based power to kill the woman. The scene cuts to a woman lying on a sofa, watching this on the news. She stands up and says something. She walks toward the door and puts on a short red jacket over what looks like a black swimsuit. In the next scene, she is lying on a rooftop with a sniper rifle, aiming at the "fire man." She shoots him in the crotch. He is in pain and gets angry; he flies up to the roof where the woman is lying. As he lands, she traps him in a small cage, then conjures water (her power, I assume). The "fire man" manages to break out; a brief fight ensues, and the woman manages to take him down. She straddles his face, stabs him in the crotch, and he dies.

I vaguely remember reading it years ago but it was a guy whos name i swear starts with a w and he was trained on a mountain by dragons and he goes off with the king dragons daughter on an adventure and ends up saving a woman from an abusive arrangement i think she was sold to a brothel or something and he thinks that shes not interested in him so he leaves and she sets off to find him and this continues on repeatedly essentially i think the dragons daughters name was like miu or something like that

I watched an anime a few years ago featuring a small party (around 1 male MC and 3 girls). He purposely treats them badly and acts cold so they'll leave him and stay safe while he fights a boss alone. Later on, they find out the truth about why he did it and try to reconcile with him.

It reminds me of Loner Life in Another World but it's not it. Does anyone know what this is?

Trying to identify an unknown 39-minute Wizard of Oz anime adaptation (Swedish VHS, likely 70s–80s)

I have a VHS tape of an anime adaptation of The Wizard of Oz, dubbed in Swedish, running 39 minutes. It has no opening titles and no end credits — it just starts and ends with the story, so there's zero text to go on. It ends with the japanese text "The end", but that's it.

Based on the length, it's clearly not:

The 1982 Toho/Topcraft film (78 min) The 1983 Toei OVA from the Sekai Meisaku Dōwa series (only 10 min) Individual episodes of the 1986 Panmedia TV series (~23–25 min each), or the later Cinar-edited "movie" compilations of that series (~93 min each)

So it doesn't match any of the well-documented Oz anime adaptations. Animation style feels like it could be late 70s to mid 80s, but I'm not 100% sure.

Does anyone recognize this from character design, animation style, or just know of any other obscure Japanese Oz adaptation from that era that got dubbed for European markets? Some screenshots if that helps:

I cant remember anything about the main characters but the side characters would show the girl multiple times trying to bang her boyfriend? Friends with benefits? The show was a comedy and not a hentai. It would insinuate that the guy was annoyed or ran ragged by her sex drive and they would just disappear. You never actually see them have sex or bang but it's insinuated. I also remember another character being really short. I'm pretty sure it takes place at school setting in junior high or high school.

Before you guess, it's not 'The Pet Girl of Sakurasou', because that has something like that in it.

The point of the anime is not the "rabbit" itself but in the last few episodes I remember them revealing it's some animal. It speaks and is a spell caster and I remember it flying on a cloud or something like baby goku, but it might of just been another object. I can't remember anything else about the anime in the beginning episodes or main character other than they were humans and the MC was a male.

I swear, the title may sound weird, but it really wasn't weird. Basically, all I remember is from a recap I saw a few years back. It was about this guy who was in a group of people assigned missions that were more like errands. He had black, long hair, and I'm pretty sure he had a rival with white, long hair. He was really lazy and really good at running talismans, and I'm pretty sure further into the series he gets adopted by demons? Maybe not adopted, but he joins like a demon society. It might have been more Chinese than it was Japanese. The title was something along the lines of "Older Brother Is Acting Weird" or something. Sorry, this is so rambling. I've been up for way too long, and I'm about to pass out. This is just on my mind.

Anime in which the MC suddenly got into a hotel I don't know maybe by teleportation. In that anime the MC got to fuck all the girls the no. of times he had came on them while imagining them or by watching porno of them. I really want to know the name of the anime.
