ID Request Black, squishy 1.5ish inch long potential egg sac? Help!

No idea what this could be. Flies are stuck in the sticky goop on the window but no idea what the long, squishy sac looking things are. They don’t match roach sacs.

Found cleaning the guest room in my mother’s house that hasn’t been touched in years.

Location- central coast California

Is it possibly some kind of bird poop? No idea, but just speculating.

It was inside the window not outside otherwise I’d agree

Cat or dog that vomited on the window? Bugs stuck on it after or were the reason.

No but the sticky stuff is likely a sticky window fly catcher that might’ve melted

It could be! That’s the most likely I’ve seen so far but I still don’t know what the huge tube like goopy things are lol

Bzzzzz! Hi, u/januarygloom_! Looks like you forgot to say where you found your bug!
There's no need to make a new post - just comment adding the geographic location and any other info (size, what it was doing etc.) you feel could help! We don't want to know your address - state or country is enough; try to avoid abbreviations and local nicknames ("PNW", "Big Apple").

BTW, did you take a look at our Frequently Asked Bugs?

Is there a drain or plumbing fixture nearby the window?

Super hard to tell - mud daubers?
