Found in my friend’s garage. Snake was released back into the wild.

Found in my yard. Near Akron Ohio. Water squirter for scale. Maybe 6 inches long.

My dog pointed this guy(s) out to me, I think its two but then i tried to film it and there was only one long skinny black one, but my photo from 30 seconds before makes it look like there are two snakes? They were in-between the hardware cloth and chicken wire, I drove behind it to check but I couldn't find them again. Im gonna try and upload video in the comments

Okay, I think we’ve established it’s a copperhead. So what now? Will it go away and mind its business? We have a large and small dog, and much of the backyard is overgrown and covered in English ivy. From what I read, that seems like a nice home for a snake.

What type of snake is this? He’s definitely a baby, he was about 6 inches total.

One of my cats brought this little fellow in a curios of its a Texas blind snake. Took him down the road into a mesquite field.

I posted yesterday that this Southern Pacific Rattlesnake needed relocating. I caught it in a trash can. I couldn’t get in contact with any local relocators so I decided to do it myself. I found a spot at a local ecological reserve only about 3/4 mile away. Look how well he blends in!

Was inside for a minute and ran outside to the dogs going crazy barking walked over and saw this guy. I didn’t see any bites on my dogs but just to make sure if anyone knows what this snake is? I’m getting a lot of different feedback on Google. Thanks

Would love help IDing this snake my partner found on our porch. It is about 1.5ft long. When he tried to shoo it away with a broom, it recoiled and tried to strike. It also shook its tail like a rattler but didn't have a rattle. Any ideas? (She says, trying to stay calm)

Hi, does anyone know any resources I can use to find someone in my area who can safely relocate a rattlesnake? I got it to slither into a trash bin by pushing It along with a shovel. I don’t know if animal control would kill it so I’m hoping to find someone to relocate it to a safe area.

I've never seen a little guy with this pattern. Looks like a garter snake shape, but way different pattern.

On Lookout Mountain. Riding our bikes in the evening, found this lil feller soaking up the remaining heat from the pavement, but decided to gently encourage it to move along anyhow since it's y'know, the middle of a county highway that sees a car every ten minutes or so. I feel like it's a rat snake, but while I've seen red ones and I've seen gray ones, I've never seen a red and gray one, so I'm not sure what kind this is! Or maybe I'm entirely wrong and there's an option I don't know about.
