I think you could argue that they did get lucky on multiple occasions. Things like the French going all in on the Dyle Plan, the British fleet going the wrong way in Norway, the Bismarck getting a 1 in a million shot on the Hood, Stalin being himself, etc. But you could argue how much that luck mattered. If you have a solid plan that will work but then roll 3 straight nat 20s, did the dice actually matter, or did they just make it easier.
In reality, everyone gets lucky. The Allies got just as many breaks. The Japanese search plane didnāt spot the carriers at Midway, Rommel being on vacation during D-Day, capturing an intact Enigma Machine, the Soviet buildup for Bagration. Actual skill is pressing the advantage it gives you.
In 1942, the Japanese submarine I-19 managed to sink the Wasp, a destroyer, and severely damage the North Carolina in a miracle shot. This left Japan with a 5v1 carrier advantage in the South Pacific (4.5 in reality, Ryujo was kinda ass). They did nothing with this advantage, and wound up in a worse strategic position by the end of the month. There are probably countless other examples of good luck being squandered.
At the end of the day, they were competent. Not lucky morons, not tactical super geniuses, just competent like everyone else. Taking either extreme is disrespectful to those who fought on both sides.

So this is my fun little factoids because im a nerd who studied this shit.
Austria: won a civil war against the nazis in 1934, and only lost its government due to being abandoned and betrayed by its 1 ally Italy. And also was a shit fascist nation.
Czechoslovakia: was winning a border war against the SA and the Friekorps, before germany threatened a full invasion and the western powers plus poland demanded the partition of your nation. Then on round 2, had to be in a civil war and invaded by 2 other nations to go as smoothly as it did.
Lithuania: they gave up a city so they could focus entirely on russia. Who they viewed as the bigger threat.
Poland: was attacked on 2 fronts and had misleading information about what france and britians strategy, thinking theyd attack sooner.
Denmark: didn't really want to fight in the first place, and surrendered within 45 minutes due to the danish king knowing he couldn't win, and didn't want his people to suffer an unwinnable war.
Norway: caught off guard and still lasted 2 months longer then the nazis wanted. And was supplied with weapons that were outdated before the first world war
Netherlands: delayed germany as long as they could but also wasn't expecting the war. And also had a large nazi support.
Luxemburg: yeah their performance was about accurste to the meme.
Belgium: belgium had almost no fighting men left after ww1. Like of everyone they had gotten hurt the most during that war due it mostly taking place there. And really didn't want to do it again.
France: broke as shit, a constant near civil war between the fascists and the not fascists, and a military that didn't want round 2. Plus a military that thought belgium would be the best place to fight round 2 despite belgium not wanting it either.
Yugoslavia: in a civil war, and constant coups, and surrounded by german allies. No shit germany won st first. Then it took a few years while the civil war ended, but after that they clapped german cheeks.
Greece: smacked Italy's ass. And had to be invaded by every german ally around to lose. And even then hurt the german paratroopers enough that they never used them in mass after crete.
Russia: purged to shit, poor infrastructure, and on the verge of a civil war. And it still held out against them.
Britian: broke as shit from round 1, on the edge of collapse, and still managed to 1 v 6 germany for a year. And pushed them out of the middle east.
Finland: fought germany all of a month and still slapped german cheeks.
Italy: had Mussolini in power, and still had to get its shit wrecked in a civil war.
Slovakia: they made this country and it still tried to overthrow them. Germany held on only because the slovak rebels had dick all equipment.

Context for this comic in particular: The SIG P320 (the service handgun that was adopted by the US Military a few years ago) is capable of firing if you wiggle the slide too much. This has resulted in reported instances of P320s going off inside of holsters, some of which ended with serious injury to the individual carrying it. There are several lawsuits regarding it, and yet SIG Sauer continues to deny any issues with the gun.
I was going to mention that too. Last I heard, though, it was actually a homicide blamed on a known hazard. I could be wrong, but thatās what Iāve heard. Even if thatās the case, the fact that people believed it was caused by a faulty P320 is NOT GREAT
Unfortunately SIG got a bit of a PR win because of the highest-profile case. It turns out the Air Force serviceman who shot himself and died was being an unsafe idiot and didn't die because of the malfunction. This is not to say that there isn't a major issue with the P320 or that they shouldn't be sued into oblivion.

You start out with 5% accuracy and can only get up to 25% depending on your level with no rule for your stats to affect it at all.
A board game YouTuber named Kam Sandwich covers RaHoWa in his Worst TTRPG videos and there's something even dumber than that. Your team's player characters (all white racists obviously) at the beginning of every encounter have to roll off against the enemies in a combined team intimidation contest with the losing side then having to divide the winners score by the losers heroism score and taking that value for an accuracy disadvantage. So if the combined heroism score is 24 and the intimidation is 50 it would be rounded down to 2. A 2 means your accuracy is decreased by 10%, 3 by 25%, 4 by 50%. If by some turn of events it ends up being by 5 it's no longer an accuracy decrease instead causing the losing side to flee in terror, drops their defenses to 0, and allows the winners to get a free turn of attacks.
And as the other commenter brought is that every enemy "class" has unique abilities except for the superior player "class". Meaning they wanted to spread propaganda and failed at making themselves actually "superior" at every single step
