Nitrogen is also needed as every amino acid has nitrogen.

I thought only in pure form. If we are talking about it being in compounds, then I raise you water, which also contains oxygen. Almost everything contains oxygen. Amino acids, fatty acids, monosaccharides, H2CO3, CO2 and O2. There are still more examples.
