Is something caught in the fans? It sounds like it

Maybe the problematic fan isn't spinning all the time.
Do you have an HDD? Something might be faulty inside that.
Generally the only things that can make noise inside a computer are moving things or (like fans or HDDs) or speakers. It might be worth it to reinstall motherboard audio drivers and check individual fans and HDDs if it's something you really wanna figure out and stop.
Might also be the power supply, though I honestly think that's unlikely.

Either a fan bearing’s fucked or- if you have an AIO- the pump’s shit the bed.

I actually had this issue with my computer sounding just like this from the water aio.
For me it was the water pump that struggled whenever it's was cold in my room, it would take a minute or so before it would eventually calm down and return to normal.

Hey that's the same noise that the computers over at my lab sound like, I'm pretty sure it's the pump (in the AIO) just struggling after running so long (I'm assuming you've had the computer for awhile?) It will be ok, just keep checking Temps and if they are hotter then normal it's time to get a new one

How I feel when the battery of my laptop is so expanded it's cracking the damn thing but I can't afford a new one so I gotta just hope it doesn't blow up when I'm using it

TAKE IT OUT BRO
Most laptop can run fine without a battery though it needs to be plugged in at all times (duh). You're just risking lives by keeping expanded batteries and even USING IT. Also please don't just throw away the battery in a bin, you'll just burn down the garbage truck. Take it to an electronics waste disposal, or some electronics repair store could dispose of it for you

There’s a certain point where the battery stops holding a charge and starts being an incendiary grenade with a long fuse, and from the sound of it, you pulled the pin a while ago.
Seriously, if you can’t replace the battery, remove it AND DISPOSE OF IT SAFELY. You can use it as a portable desktop computer by keeping it plugged in. If you can’t afford a new battery, then you really can’t afford to use the current one
