A vesicointestinal fistula (or intestinovesical fistula) is a form of fistula (an abnormal connection or passageway) between the bladder and the bowel.
Symptoms and signs
If fecal matter passes through the fistula into the bladder, the existence of the fistula may be revealed by pneumaturia, fecaluria, or recurrent urinary tract infection. Migration of urine through the fistula into the bowel may cause rectal passage of urine.
Basically, it's a logical consequence of "If you don't poo, where does the poo go?" and it's honestly worse than puking straight faeces.
In extreme cases, what happens is fecal matter builds up in your intestines and eventually, painfully, the muscles that normally keep your food and waste moving through your digestive tract reverse and you vomit a horrid slurry of whatever is down there.

It means your lower intestine and your bladder accidentally rubbed together, fused, and basically punched an open tunnel through the wall separating them. So now, instead of everything staying in its proper lane, poop and gas can literally leak straight from your gut into your bladder and come out your pee hole.
I was pooping piss and was hospitalized cause my kidneys gave out. Only to magically resuscitate a week later. To the shock and confusion of my doctor who was 99% sure we had to do a dialysis.
Long story short - if your poop is forest green, and 110% liquid and you're having too much creatine and not enough protein. Your kidneys are probably not functioning.

To summarize in nice words what I said - if doctors tell you its Weight or Diet when you've been having literal swamp ass for weeks and piss coming out the wring hole while youre unable to urinate for days tell them to shove it. And ask another doctor to check your creatine & protein leves in kidneys. The recovery hurts cause youre likely gonna be one a constant Potassium IV. Which if you've had one it is a constant lingering burning pain you do not want to experience. Its espeically bad if you've got hard to find veins like me cause youre gonna end up with your veins bruised as shit and burning from the Potassium IV. By the end of the day it will leave your arms too weak to do anything.
