i kinda get that but at the same time, if its the only channel currently active and the convo has actually moved to the topic naturally, then its just a pain and 9/10 times it will absolutely just kill the convo entirely cause people rarely actually move it

Still think if multiple conversations are happening, you should separate if the topics don't relate and have a relating channel. At the very least
