From the only true natives of our land? You’re damn right i will. The rest of us are just illegal immigrants.

16

u/Jonguar2 3h ago

The natives came over from a Russian Land Bridge that doesn't exist anymore.

The only country humans are TRULY native to is Ethiopia.

“Technically they’re not natives, even if their ancestors were the first humans to step foot on the land, because their ancestors traveled to the Americas between 15,000 to 20,000 years ago instead of spawning there” can not be a serious comment lol.

And he’s getting all the upvotes while they get downvoted. Very Reddit

Corn farming natives moved into what's the US from what's Mexico and wiped out the existing people before the Europeans came. Native Americans aren't the first Americans, they're just the previous ones.

u/P1zzaBag3ls 2h ago

Is there a name for this... tale of yours?

2

u/SpicyNugget777 1h ago edited 1h ago

Yeah I’m not sure what he’s talking about? Maybe he thinks “agriculture spreading means that the original agriculture people slaughtered all the non-agricultural people” or something? I don’t know. But I do know that people from Mesoamerica did not “wipe out” everyone in the modern day United States and anyone could figure that out with a simple google search.

Also to say “they aren’t the first Americans, just the previous ones” doesn’t make any sense. The population from mesoamerica and the population of all the other indigenous tribes came from the same people who crossed the Russian land bridge 15,000 to 20,000 years ago, meaning they literally come from the first “Americans”

1

u/Helicopter0 14m ago

We don't really know how they were wiped out. We just know that there is archeological evidence of hunter gathering, and then those groups disappeared and were replaced by the expansion from mesoamerica. It's not like Europeans shot all the natives in the head. They mostly just spread a lot of deadly disease. Your point about all of them coming across the land bridge is valid, bit the same argument can be made about all of humanity. It's not like Europeans in the Americas broke some historical precedent to stay out of inhabited regions of the earth.

Even with black Africans near the cradle of humanity, people left that region, returned, and replaced the people who had stayed. It's not like all African people's have local and linear ancestral roots to the dawn of humanity. Many of their ancestors were explorers, and depending on the timeline you pick, some 'came from' Asia.

convenient narrative for murderers to placate their guilty conscious, doubt it's legitimate, mainstream history in the minds of the feeble herd is whatever the jesuit order says it is

0

u/robertdood 1h ago

Fun fact: no one alive today is responsible for killing the native Americans and should not feel guilty.

1

u/DelinquentBattleCat 10m ago

no one likes that the past makes the future, but it does and always will, also rome never stopped existing and it never stopped imperializing the world. But soon the chicken will come home too roost and whites will realize they too were nothing special in the eyes of the satanic empire(jesuit order) and its ambition for total world domination

1

u/robertdood 4m ago

Yes but what about ((them))?

3

u/Junkstar 2h ago

Don’t tell republicans that. They won’t be able to sleep at night.

1

u/ThengarMadalano 2h ago

No, all of africa, the lineages separated and evolved and mixed again multiple times, we are not only descendants from that one lineage in Ethiopia even if it is the lineage that evolved many of our modern traits.

3

u/No_Knowledge_938 2h ago

Lmao facts

1

u/Throw_away_away55 2h ago

Ah, yes they took it from the sasquatch. The Trail of Sasquatch Tears 16,000 years ago was truly a terrible thing for the immigrants to do.

0

u/UnknownBreadd 2h ago

Akchewally we all come from the sea u moron

No but seriously your comment is stupid, people usually mean to ask, “who were the first people to settle in these lands?”

2

u/No_Knowledge_938 2h ago

And you’re stupid for not understanding the obvious point that the planet is an ever shifting and evolving landscape. There were thousands of different Native American groups that lived in the same areas over time. There is no way of knowing which specific Native American tribes were the first to stake claim to specific territories on the continent 130,000 years ago. Even if there was there would be no way of undoing the 130k years of history that probably resulted in those people migrating thousands of miles from where they started. You sound retarded.

1

u/UnknownBreadd 1h ago

No one is saying any of that. The point is that Americans can't claim to have just casually integrated within America. Regardless of which tribes were there first or what land disputes already existed prior, they killed and displaced anyone in their way indiscriminately and claimed it all for themselves.

I don't even know what your point is. It's like you're trying to say that pre-agricultural migration and settlement patterns excuse the imperial takeover of the Americas by Europe? Lmao

No one's saying rewind the clock or anything, just that we can acknowledge that the imperial era had winners and losers, and that we can acknowledge and correct for some of those losses today, because we're better than that now. Hopefully.

1

u/No_Knowledge_938 1h ago

We can acknowledge it but “correct” is where you have lost your fucking marbles and you go from having a perfectly reasonable take to an insane one. In the same sentence you said “no one’s saying rewind the clock” and then you went on to say we need to correct history? So which is it? Your position is wishy washy you cant have your cake and eat it too because you’re afraid to take a real position

1

u/UnknownBreadd 1h ago

Maybe correct isn't the right word, but what I mean is to act on the acknowledgement. There were people who were displaced and lost their homeland, and families which might have fell into generational poverty from the discrimination and imperial exclusion of American civilisation.

Therefore, things like education/training programmes open to 'natives', as well as healthcare etc.

Also, maybe learn to have an online discussion without immediately assuming random things and getting a rage boner about everything, you insufferable cunt.

1

u/No_Knowledge_938 1h ago

“Immediately assuming random things” you mean poking holes in your terrible argument? Yeah no I think I’ll keep doing that thanks

And yeah reparations are just not it man, those people have had generations living in the most the most productive economy in human history with the most upward mobility of any period. If they’re still impoverished it’s fully on them. That’s something you seem too naive to understand. The real world is going to hit you like a truck.

1

u/No_Knowledge_938 1h ago

Furthermore, why should I and millions of other people be penalized on the basis of our skin color/race for the actions of people who died long ago and we aren’t even related to?

1

u/UnknownBreadd 1h ago

What the fuck are you talking about? It’s not a skin colour or you vs them issue. It’s state support for people who once lived under a once oppressive regime where equal opportunity has only been around for so long.

Dude, i’m not interested anyway, you are clearly projecting a particular framing of the issue.

No one really knows before the previous ice age

2

u/Hearthhull_Enjoyer 3h ago

What we've done to their culture truly is a shame.

4

u/shmi93 2h ago

You've done nothing, you're not at fault for your ancestors actions. The fact that you even said that sentence already means you're better and have a heart.

I'm not indigenous myself but I come from a place that's been turned into rubble, I don't blame all the people, just the ones that ordered it. It's up to you to be the change you want to see in life no matter how long or impossible it seems

4

u/Hearthhull_Enjoyer 2h ago

I know I'm not at fault. I still lament the past though. Some of it more recent than we realize. I try to be good in my day to day life and acknowledge other walks of life so long as they aren't in the process of tearing down others. Thanks for the kind words though. Peace friend.

4

u/shmi93 2h ago

You're a good one, I wish you all the best

1

u/Far-Speech-9298 2h ago

Invader =/= illegal immigrant. My ancestors came with weapons to conquer this land. They were so much worse than mere immigrants.

2

u/BasketFormal6336 2h ago

* more advanced weapons

1

u/Far-Speech-9298 1h ago

Would it have been better if they had conquered with bows and clubs instead of firearms?

-2

u/No_Knowledge_938 3h ago

They didn’t have a country to illegally immigrate to😂😂😂

5

u/Junkstar 2h ago

Correct. They migrated.

2

u/No_Knowledge_938 2h ago

Correct. Legally. As there were no laws, borders, or even country that they broke/entered illegally

-2

u/Violent_N0mad 2h ago edited 2h ago

Native Americans descended primarily from populations in northeastern Asia (Russia) who migrated to the Americas starting more than 15,000 years ago using the Beringia Land Bridge.

They're not "native" either.

5

u/Junkstar 2h ago

Haha. Denying 15,000 years of human history. That’s a special gift you have there.

-5

u/Violent_N0mad 2h ago

I'm not denying it, just stating that we're all immagrants including the native americans to go against your rediculous comment. If anything Spain was the country that fought and colonized most of North America starting in 1492. The english settlers didn't come over until 1620 but we fought, traded, and earned every square foot of the land that is now the greatest country on earth.

1

u/eienmau 2h ago

Humans aren't 'native' to like 98% of the Earth, if you want to go that route.

1

u/Violent_N0mad 1h ago

Correct. That's exactly my point and why the whole "stolen land" argument doesn't work.

1

u/eienmau 59m ago

Hmmm, no. They held that land for a very long time (thousands and thousands of years) so 'stolen land' is completely valid. They were the first ones here, they get the claim to the land.

1

u/amrambin 17m ago

He’s claiming all land is stolen land I think. You are claiming that isn’t true. I think the truth is in the messy place in between those two truths that words can’t reach. I understand his logic, even if it’s not the side I’d take.

0

u/SomeWeedSmoker 2h ago

Not true at all, but okay

-1

u/Vuta_Pumzzz 2h ago

Then gtfo of that country if you're there illegally. What are you waiting for? Set an example.
