Sometimes you have to be the one to reach out. It's just hard sometimes. Start just by asking their name! Once you get over that slightly awkward hump, your hopefully in the clear! Gl bro!

It's a good thing to help friends! I'm just here to remind everybody that it's important to set your own boundaries too - help as much as you can, but don't harm your self so do anything for a friend. Stay safe folks <3
