Mold possibly?

I've got this white stuff at the bottom of my wine but none on the top of the must, is it mold of just sediment

Not mold. Mold breathes air and so doesn't happen under liquid, and is fuzzy in texture. Wine is a living thing, and it gets a little slimy like all living things sometimes do. Those are probably collections of dead yeast cells, referred to as yeastcake or "lees".

that's just sediment from the wine aging, mold would float and look fuzzier.
