I pitched mambo sauce a while ago and did a whole slide on how saturation in the DMV specifically the DC metro area is much lower than most places even tho the population is comparable to cities with 5-6x the wingstop locations and also proposed a partnership vendor with capitol city mambo sauce which would be perfect. But alas, shot down

I like the hot lemon, but the extreme amount of coarse peppercorn on them is insane and sometimes I can hardly taste the lemon... I'll stick to my hot honey, and just have squeezed lemon juice on the side instead.
