I’ve read a lot of kinky sapphic romance, and for better or worse a lot of it involves rope play and/or whipping/spanking/flogging. So I’m looking for books where a Dominant and a Submissive don’t do those things.

There’s a few passages in {A Little Sin by Rawnie Sabor} where Reyna has Violet performing tasks or punishes her by making her kneel and count grains of rice.

Although this one is short and silly, it's still full of romance and spicy vampire fun. I'm releasing this novella on December 1st! :)

I read that book twice, and wow!! It's so good. It's hilarious, adorable, with lots of cute flirting - a fluffy fluff book.
Now I'm trying to find more YA books like that (that I have yet to read) and I'm struggling.

Looking for standalone sapphic/F/F books where the couple is already married or in a long-term relationship and the story is about their relationship falling apart and them trying to find their way back to each other.

I want marriage struggles, emotional distance, resentment, separation/divorce, messy communication, and actually rebuilding the relationship. Basically: “we already built a life together, but we lost our way — can we save this?” 😭❤️

NOT the usual second-chance where they broke up years ago and randomly reunite.

My only example is After All by Bryce Oakley, and it's exactly the vibe I'm looking for!

Wat happened was that I misread the comment on the post. The comment was referring to the MC of the book, I had for some reason read that as the author and that's my fault, and I apologize. To my knowledge the author has nothing to do with what I had mistakenly thought she did.

Hi everyone, I recently picked this book up at my local used bookstore after seeing the insane weird-fun premise and seeing that it was tagged as sapphic. However after having bought it I ran into a thread on the weird girl lit subreddit: right wing weird girl lit : r/weirdgirlliterature that in the comments claims the author: Rebecca Novack- 'collaborates' with extreme hate groups. I tried looking into it and couldn't really find much information based on what the comment thread on the post said online. But either way- I don't know what to do now. I am not someone who is able to 'separate the art from the artist' and I'm not sure what I should do with the book now. I feel like I shouldn't read it and if I can find more about this I definitely won't, but because of the subject matter of the book- I wonder what 'collaborating' means- does it mean interviews to research, does it mean she's friends with these people? The premise of the book seems so completely the opposite of what the comment thread says so I'm not really sure, especially since I'm not really having luck finding information about this online. I feel too like selling it back to that bookstore will just be setting someone else to have this same thing happen to them or worse where they don't know and are propagandized without being aware so it feels morally wrong to be giving it back to the public, I can't bring myself to destroy or trash the book either, and I feel weird if I were to leave the book sitting on my shelf- so I'm not sure what I should do or if the comment I ran into was just someone making unsubstantiated claims. Does anyone know any more about this at all?

The writing is really good but i honestly didn't have the heart to finish it cause the characters were SOOOO beautifully written and the relationship b/w Beowulf and Hygd is sooo intricately portrayed that you can actually feel the emotions that they are feeling thus making the ending even more sadder.

But, if you're looking for a good historical read with plenty of adventure and don't mind sad endings, then this is the perfect book for you.
