Maintenance help Update ?

Hello

I’ve bought my very first car. Guess what ? An Amazing yaris IIII hybrid. I love her so much. She’s Nice and easy to drive.
But, the Maps in the gps are not up to date. I wish I could update them as well as the firmware. My local Toyota dealer told me it cannot be updated.
Any advice ?

Get a build in carplay screen?

You get a chinesium carplay / android car kit for your car specifically which you can build in (easy job). 

They can be bough on amazon or aliexpress.

Then you can use apps like waze, maps, spotify, whatsapp etc on there.

Is it true that connecting a rear camera requires some extra steps on a third party screen?

Just use Android auto or Carplay.

Use your phone or replace the headunit You can buy boxes that will enable carplay/android auto but they aren't that good mainly because of the poor resolution of the factory screen.

So there is two ways if u want to leave og screen or get bigger one i will share links

I had both becose first i wanteed to leave og screen but later i realiced that og radio tochscreen wasnt working okay and then i got new radio
