Is there one meal a day that is consistently around the same time every day? I take mine at breakfast just because it is the easiest. I also do not take it at the exact same time. It's roughly a 2 hour window between 8-10am. I've been on 100mg for over a year, after very slowly increasing from 12.5mg. My journey started almost 2 years ago and the 2 hour window has never been an issue.

No, it has never made me sleepy. I struggle to sleep and this would have been helpful 🤣
I also don't get a burst of energy. I have played around with the time of day, but I found it difficult to remember and I always take it with a meal. There are some days that I don't eat lunch or dinner, but I always have breakfast. At the beginning, I lost my appetite and taking it on an empty stomach made me a little nauseous, so I would eat an apple.

1-2 hr window on either side is fine, I do recommend taking it at night or in the morning
