The Middle East Iran can’t win the 2026 war

Iran lost its supreme leader, most irgc generals, and a trillion dollars worth of infrastructure. Iran also antagonized most middle eastern neighbors preventing any sort of thawing in relations with Saudi Arabia which was something China has tried to facilitate for a decade. Now anyone living in the gulf nations will view Iran as a greater threat than Israel due to all the missiles from Iran killing civilians. Worst case scenario for the United States now is they decide to stop attacking with gaining no concessions from Iran. Iran now has inexperienced leadership and an irrational revenge stance that will inevitably result in further economic disasters like Iraq faced in the 1990s. Iran will never gain back its losses and the United States now can get the Middle East to normalize relations with Israel due to the mutual fear of Iran retaliation.

US Politics Is the US doomed in Iran?

The current list of demands from Iran to end the war is, in my eyes, very bad for the US. The main issue being Iranian sovereignty over the straight which would decimate US power in the region and leave oil prices largely in the hands of an adversarial power.
However, given the situation I don’t see much of a path forward for the US to get a better deal besides a) attempting to force Irans hand with more aggression or b) attempting to wait them out. My question is: is there any way for the US to get out of the war in Iran with a better deal than what Iran has laid out? Or does the US lack any leverage in the situation?

Why cant Iran have a nuke?

Why is Iran not allowed to have nukes, but the states can have enough nukes to blow up the entire world 10x over. And why is Iran a "terrorist" country, but the states aren't? The states bomb countries all day every day, they are by far the biggest terrorist country on the plant.
