Man that’s good looking. Mine looks almost the same aside from a different mag well. Is that an F1 length trigger?

Thanks a lot. Yeah they're awesome guns. They do get forgotten but this is a quality firearm with an amazing grip. I think it's F1 but I'm not 100% sure because it's been a while since I put it in.

Looks awesome! Though I do have a question as a former (and maybe once again) DWX owner. Do most owners get rid of the red grip and trigger? On tacswap there are a lot of sellers who replaced the grip. The trigger I'd understand if there is perceived improved performance, but I always liked the red grips and seem like I'm in the minority. Just wondering if I am missing something.

No I just wanted to have it blacked out because it's such a good looking gun but I don't mind the red at all

I really wish they designed the slide to be the same as the CZ shadow series. With the internal / inverted slide rails for a low bore axis. Wesson missed that imo

I have a Shadow 2 so that's why I have a bunch of Shadow 2 magazines. I love the Shadow 2 ergos but nothing beats a 1911/2011 trigger.

I think this gun is so beautiful, great concept as well. I dunno why it never took off in LO division. Yah it was late to get optics ready, but still. I think I’ve only seen one at competitions in my area.

Nice. Have you ever shot the Staccato CS? Kimber 2k11 5”? Just asking because I own the Kimber and have rented the CS before. If you can compare I’d love to hear your assessment 🙏 No worries if not.

Unfortunately never had a DWX. Plenty of options for porting but I really like United Firearms grenade ports. They should have several examples on a DWX. I think they are more active on FB now. I believe their page is United Research and Development.
