HELP Title missing from Flag Software

For some reason, certain titles aren’t appearing in the flag software app. I know they have save data but they’re still not there.

The title I’m trying to find is Pokemon Blue. I haven’t had any issue with pirated software appearing in flag software before. PKSM also recognizes it. I really just want to load my Red save in Blue so I can get the other version exclusives. Anyone know any fixes that might work?

Pksm can load a Red save in Blue? If so, please explain how

No, load your save in PKSM and just give yourself the pokemon. The saves probably have some indicator to say which version it came from so they cannot be loaded onto a different cart.

Heck, if you want to you can just play Blue to get those "exclusives" and then use PKSM's storage to move them to your Red save. That has been a function of PKSM for a while.

What is "flag software app?"

I Meant Checkpoint. My main concern is just that Pokemon Blue isn’t showing up in checkpoint to begin with. 

Red and Blue saves are apparently interchangeable, which is why I’m hoping I can save time rather than playing through the whole game again.
