I've bought this modded 3DS recently and it already came modded with Luma3DS, I'm trying to access GM9 on my modded 3DS, but even doing all the step by step correctly I got stuck in this screen for some reason, and I can't do what I want. I've tried to acces the GodMode9.firm by going on More.../browse but it didn't work either. Can someone help me? Am I doing something wrong? Im running it on Luma3DS v6.6

Hey Friends, I read a few days ago about how 3ds games need to be "repaired" every once in a while with a program in a modded 3ds. It had me thinking I may need to get a modded one. So.my questions are, what systems can be modded for this repair? Do I need to open my sealed 3ds games to do it? What is the expected price point for a modded system? I have all the Zelda 3ds/2ds. However I do not want to get any of them modded.

My friend wanted to do Soft resets for Kyurem in Pokemon Ultra Sun and we are seeing a freeze and an error message

Also, we tried with my cartridge of Ultra Sun on his modded 3DS and he has the same issue

Hello! This is my first time making my own custom theme on Kame Editor! Everything seems to be panning out smoothly, but I've been having trouble getting my BGM to loop.

I trimmed my audio to the right size (3.1 MB), edited the settings upon saving (Stereo audio, 16000 Hz, 16 bit), uploaded it to the converter, and saved the file as bgm.bcstm. Despite all that, I can't preview the audio within the editor itself as I continue to edit my theme.

Thankfully I was able to get to a point where I uploaded the theme to my DS to preview it there, and the audio played beautifully! However, it only plays once on startup and never again.

I'm guessing it's because I wasn't able to set a start and end point. I checked the Looping box, but at no point did the numbers change when I uploaded my file, and I wasn't able to enter it manually either. It stayed greyed out as shown above. Any suggestions for what I can do about this?

Revtendo was shut down the other day and a guid was posted on the discord of how to safely remove it but i havent had the chance to do it. Theyve just nuked the discord server and wondering if anyone knows how to remove revtendo and the account safely?

I'm stuck with a New 2DS XL that immediately displays the black system error screen upon turning it on. I cannot get past it to reach the Home Menu.

Here is what I've tested so far:

Booting without MicroSD: Still gives the exact same error screen immediately.

Luma3DS / SELECT menu: Placed a fresh boot.firm (latest Luma3DS) on a FAT32 formatted MicroSD card. Holding SELECT at boot does nothing — direct black error screen.

Recovery Mode: Holding L + R + D-Pad Up + A boots into the System Update screen. However, trying to update says the console is already up to date.

Since it doesn't trigger Luma, I can't launch a CTRTransfer to fix the SysNAND.

Could this be a corrupted HOME Menu / SysNAND issue that requires ntrboot (flashcart + magnet) to force GM9 execution?
Could this be a hardware fault (e.g., faulty Wi-Fi module, bad MicroSD slot, or dying NAND chip)?

Any advice on what to test next would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Created these concepts for a DS/GBA ROM loader for the 3DS with features like borders for playing in native resolution either as a CIA or to be loaded from Luma3DS Chainloader (like open agb firm). I know nothing about creating 3DS software and I don't know if this would even be possible but it would be cool if someone could make this real.

I'm going to be modding a 3ds for the first time this week. I will mainly be using it for shiny hunting pokemon and transferring them to pokemon home.

I know I'll need the games I want, hshop, pk hex, and bank. What other useful tools can I download?

For example, stuff to add bluetooth controller connection, streaming, save editing, etc.

My pokèmon ultra moon cartridge keeps crashing after i start any battle

Things i've tried so far: Formatting the SD card, Cleaning both the SD card and the cartridge, Installing a digital copy of ultra moon, Buying a new SD card

Also i've tried playing on a friend's 3DS with the same cartridge + save file and it was working perfectly fine, so i may fear it could be a console/cartridge slot issue, especially since it sometimes has issues reading games

I just updated all my 3ds apps i had installed in the 3ds through universal updater. I was kind of happy because i thought that with a new update to checkpoint, new cheats would be available but now checkpoint doesnt do cheats….. what can i do!?

I have a Samsung and in the My Files it lets me set up a FTP server which i can use to send games to my 3ds cfw. I would just like a tutorial on how to set this server up

So far I have tried the following.

- Resetting my internet connection, both at the router and my deleting and retyping my Internet details into the 2DS.

- Manually deleted the Universal updater folder in the 3ds to let the updater try to fix it.

-Reinstall universal updater using a .cia through FBI.

-Switching store fronts with universal updater, then switching back to the default.

- Uninstalling universal updater from system data management then reinstalling also didn't work

- Switching back to an older SD card that has my back ups does fix the issue, but if there's a solution that doesn't require redownloading all my games, it would be lovely, as my backup is just that, a fresh CFW install SD card (only 4gb too)

- Gonna try another SD card I guess, will update here eventually, just strange as I've been playing games/saving no issues, no obvious corruption on the SD when I view it on PC and it also passed h2testw fine, oh well, the 4gb working fine was a smoking gun, must be the SD.

Any and all help would be appreciated.

Hello to everyone, I've noticed lately that my 3DS XL keeps crashing after a few seconds I boot it up, but if I have wireless disabled it doesn't crash. It never gave any problems and started crashing the day I decided to hack, but if I turn the wireless off with the side lever, it doesn't cause any crash. My 3DS suffered water damage as it fell into the water in 2014 but since that accident it has never had any errors, crashes or other problems. It's strange that after 12 years (from the accident) it started giving me that problem. Any help will be helpful and I thank you in advance

I just installed CFW on my New 3DS XL and the 32GB micro SD card I've been using in it for years has this giant folder just named Nintendo in it that's 23 GB large and eating up most of the space. Does anyone know exactly why this folder is even here and if it's safe to delete? No amount of googling or FAQs have helped me figure out what it is and I'm too scared to just delete it

I know it’s possible to delete the nnid off a hacked 3ds, but that isn’t what I want to do. I’m fine
with the account staying, I just want to change the name of it since it’s a username I made with some old friends who I don’t talk to anymore and it also has my deadname in which isn’t great. Is that possible to do, or do I just have to delete it and make a new nnid?
