For most of high school, I genuinely thought I was just going to be a D student.
I have ADHD, and studying has always been a mess for me.
It wasn’t that I couldn’t understand the material.
I just never knew what to study, how to study it, or where to even start.
I’d open my computer and have assignments everywhere, PDFs, slides, worksheets, old quizzes, study guides, different school websites, 20 tabs open…
and somehow I was supposed to figure out what actually mattered for the test.
I could spend hours “studying” and still walk into a quiz realizing I focused on completely the wrong things.
After enough D’s, you stop thinking:
“I’m studying wrong.”
You start thinking:
“Maybe I’m just a D student.”
I genuinely believed that for a long time.
Then I realized almost every study tool has the same massive limitation:
It knows the subject.
It doesn’t know your teacher.
ChatGPT might know biology.
Quizlet might have thousands of biology sets.
But neither automatically knows that YOUR teacher uses certain vocabulary, keeps emphasizing the same concepts, explains things in a specific way, or tends to form quiz questions using certain patterns.
So I built something around that.
It can take in basically the entire history of your classes.
Every homework assignment.
Every worksheet.
Every slide deck.
Every PDF.
Every study guide.
Every class resource.
Even homework assignments and quizzes that have already been submitted.
And it doesn’t just read all of that once and forget it.
It retains the context.
Over time, it starts building an understanding of each individual teacher:
how they teach,
the exact vocabulary they use,
what they repeatedly emphasize,
how they explain concepts,
how they structure assignments,
how they form questions,
and the patterns across previous homework and quizzes.
So instead of opening a blank AI and saying:
“Help me study biology.”
I can say:
“I have a test tomorrow. Look at everything this teacher has taught and assigned me and tell me what I actually need to know.”
Then I can study however I want.
“Quiz me.”
“Make me flashcards.”
“Give me a practice test.”
“Give me a 20-minute cram session.”
“Only focus on what I’m weak at.”
“Explain this using my teacher’s vocabulary.”
“Ask me questions based on how this teacher tends to teach.”
“Go through everything and tell me what I’m missing.”
Or I can literally just sit at my computer and talk through the class with it.
There isn’t one forced study method.
It can turn the same class into basically whatever study format works for you.
It can also actually interact with your school platforms.
It can navigate through them, find things, open assignments, take you where you want to go, read what’s on the page, read your homework, and help you work through assignments when you’re stuck.
And while it’s doing that, it already has the context from your class.
For me, that matters a lot because with ADHD, half the battle happens before I even start studying.
Normally I have to:
find everything,
organize everything,
figure out what matters,
decide how I’m going to study,
and somehow stay focused long enough to actually begin.
Sometimes I’m mentally done before I’ve learned anything.
Now I can just open my computer and say:
“I have a test. What do I need to know?”
And start.
No rebuilding the context.
No uploading the same files over and over.
No searching through five different school platforms.
No guessing which material matters.
It already knows the class.
And that completely changed school for me.
I went from genuinely expecting D’s to performing at an A level.
Then I started giving it to some of my friends, and they started seeing similar improvements too.
That was when I realized this might be a lot bigger than just something I made for myself.
Because once you study with something that already understands your classes, your teachers, your material, and how you’re actually being taught, going back to a blank AI chat or generic study set feels completely different.
You realize how much context those tools are missing.
And before anyone asks:
it’s completely free.
I’m not trying to sell some $20/month study subscription.
I’m still building it, and right now I want as many students as possible using it so I can see how well it works across different schools, teachers, classes, and learning styles.
I genuinely think studying is moving away from:
“Here are 100 generic flashcards about this topic.”
and toward:
“I know how your teacher teaches. I know what you’ve been assigned. I know what you’ve already covered. Let’s figure out exactly what you need to know.”
If something already knew everything you’d been taught, learned how each of your teachers teaches and forms questions, could navigate your schoolwork with you, and was completely free…
