accommodation

hello, I have been accepted for Economics and Business Administration in Herning (for the 2nd year in a row), The first time I declined because I couldn't afford the housing I have been offered. This time around the situation is better, but most of the leases are starting from the 15th of September. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, how did you end up solving it? Thank you...
