Far transfer

If I wanted to move to another city or state, can I get transferred to a site in that area or what I have to apply for a job that city/state’s AUS has available as like an internal applicant or something?

You will need to apply again for a different state for internal applicant.

Sure but AUS is a glorified temp agency. One site will be totally different from another. There is no uniformity at AUS. It’s all site dependent, just like a temp agency

Within the same state you can transfer by submitting a transfer request in the LISA Portal. Once your Manager approves it, you can have interviews and apply for jobs on the Jobs website. For out of state transfers, you will have to resign and reapply in the state you are moving to.
