Question Vacation

Ok I just got hired as a seasonal employee, but I know of 2 vacations I’m going to take next year. They aren’t for another like 8 months but they are within 2 months of each other so I know I will not have enough UPT or PTO. This is even if Amazon keeps me around but, is there anyway around this? Can you take time off if you don’t have the time?

As a white badge no. Since a white badge doesn’t qualify for LOA. You just need to save up your UPT and PTO options.

If you save up all of your time and I mean every minute you’ll have about 80 hours PTO in 8-9months. If you save all your UPT you’ll be maxed out at 80 hours.

This will equal about a full month of time off available.

This is assuming you are a full time employee.
