Nintendo should make it so you can pay your loans off with nook miles as well. Once I got my second room in the house the price skyrocketed.

Hey everyone, I'm the Improv Club president at a small local college. It's the third week of the fall semester and our club had to make a board for tomorrow's Club Crawl so we can try to recruit more members. The theme was Building and we decided to make an Animal Crossing board (it kind of works right?)

All the screenshots were taken on my own island. The header was made with Pixelframe Logo Generator, and Tom Nook's letter was made with Idree's letter generator. I made the clouds out of felt and the news board was a composite image I made on the PicsArt app. The assorted stickers were all from the official Animal Crossing sticker book.

I also hid 7 tilapia around the board. Can you find them all? 🤭

Don't get me wrong, she is very relatable as a cheery clutz myself, with a very mundane home life... but I think I would prefer if she had more of a mature/sassy undertone like Phyllis did in the older animal crossing versions. A classic "there is no trendy shoes or hot men" sort of vibe. Not the rude, cynical, apathetic parts of her personality but more of some slight arrogance, feeling trapped and tired, being coffee addicted, and aspiring to enjoy the night life.

a lot has been going on in my life lately and im honestly exhausted. then Tom Nook said this and i actually teared up a little. i think this is the first time ive realized how peaceful and happy it can feel when absolutely nothing is happening. even without any happy events in my days, im thankful that i can enjoy this peace and chill around

It was late in the year of our Barbie, 2023 when I felt like there wasn’t much more to do on my original island. The Barbie Movie was fresh on my mind and had really sparked something in me, so I hit the reset button and decided to take a stab at creating Barbieland. For the last (almost) three years, I’ve been working on this project little by little and have had a blast harnessing my inner kid to create the perfect doll island. I added the final touch the other night and am happy to finally share the results! There are lots of little Easter Eggs throughout the island inspired by the movie, previous games, and admittedly my own favorite semi-self proclaimed “Boring Barbie” including inside each home.

Hello! I’m fairly new-ish to ACNH. I’ve fully expanded my home but it’s kinda pointless when I don’t really have any furniture for it! All the furniture I can make is pretty boring and the Nook rarely has anything I like available.

Is there any way I can get more furniture cards or something? My house looks so sad inside and when a villager comes over to visit and they comment on my decor I feel like they’re being sarcastic 👀😂

Very excited, I decided to pull the plug and just get it with these rising prices. Hopefully, this will bring me back into ACNH and cure my burn out. I even made a town called Pumpkin 🎃 for this incoming fall to bring some joy back. For those of you who switched from an OLED -> Switch 2, have you noticed a difference in performance with the game? Some people have mentioned to me less lag and load times.

Sooo, while I love the creativity I'm allotted in every animal crossing game, I've always had trouble coming up with catchphrases, greetings and nicknames when villagers ask. I think it's a really cute feature, but I've never come up with one that I didn't end up finding annoying after a while. Recently I've been playing New Horizons and New Leaf. In NH, I've been trying to theme the catchphrases to the island theme. But in NL, I'm having a bit more trouble catering them to my villagers.

What are your favourite catchphrases or greetings for villagers? Whether you've come up with them yourself, or if you've seen them online, I would love to read them! And if you have any insight on how you come up with them, please let me know!
