Discussion Standing Only Sections
My buddies and I like to buy the cheapest seats in the place then just go stand in the Budweiser section and watch from there. The Hawks seemingly encouraged this type of attendance after the redesign. For the last two years the State Farm employees can not decide whether this is allowed or not. Sometimes they hassle you and sometimes they don't. Im curious to see how its handled this year.

It's your duty to fill in the bowl after the first quarter.

Shit not at SFA. Folks don’t even get there until 2nd quarter and the lower level ushers don’t mess around.

When they announced the PrizePicks partnership they announced that they will be adding the prizepicks party deck maybe that will be an area that’s more standing room only friendly

They are cracking down more and more. Your issue is that it’s directly in front of the handicap section and people push into that area.

Report back because after last SRO ticket experience last year I'm never doing it again
We found a small space next to some curtains and huge column where we weren't hassled. I'm with OP they either need to stop offering it or bring back somewhere for you to just exist because right now there's basically nowhere to actually stand and watch the game. Get treated like you're some hobo being told to move along most places. Was pretty rich too considering all the former SRO space was now 90% empty seats, I'm sure they make more money now but massive hit to the experience.

For the coming season, my understanding is security will select random patrons who do this by lottery each game. They will get a brutal beat down. All others will be fine and allowed to continue.

This year they plan to sometimes hassle you and sometimes not
