Product Advice MCoBeauty concealer split

I've tried twice now to get an Instant Concealer from Oz Hair and Beauty. Each time it looks split....am I correct or is this what it looks like?

When I bought this it was not split. I got it from chemist warehouse. Maybe it’s older stock? Or the temperature changes with shipping and warehouses etc?

That's I'm wondering 🤔 just wanted to see that it wasn't just me being finicky and it just needed a good shake. Does yours also have an odd smell? I found it had quite a strong odour.

Mine smelt like a strong floral fragrance 😅 that’s all. No chemically or makeup smell

I mean they replaced it and were also happy to refund. Just wanted to check that it actually wasn't what it was actually like before asking for a refund.
