Hi, I recently got an email saying I’m qualified as a Teammate – Customer Service Representative at TaskUs Atlantis in Batangas City. I don’t have direct BPO experience yet, but I do have prior work experience in another industry where my salary was already very close to the highest rate TaskUs mentions for CSR positions.

I saw in TaskUs’s job posting that CSR salaries can go up to around ₱23,000, but I understand that’s likely for those with more experience. My concern is that despite TU being known as a people‑first company, I also came across comments saying salaries are very low, and that some employees left only because of the pay. I’ve also read about changes in management and “power tripping” from team leads and how the company has become toxic, which made me hesitant.

The only reason I applied was because this was the only vacant role there and I really want to work closer to home. I’d be open to considering a lower salary if this were my first job, but in today’s economy, unfortunately I just can’t settle for something far below what I was earning before.

So I just want to ask honestly — for those who’ve worked or are working at TaskUs Atlantis Batangas, is it worth it? How’s the management and culture now compared to before? And realistically, what salary range should I expect as a new CSR hire with no BPO background?

Open to public yung beach if I am not wrong. Pero ang mamahal ng cottage. If meron kayo alam na murang cottage na kasya sa 8, pa recommend naman. Kahit di beachfront, kasi lawak naman ng beach kung saan pede mag picture. TYIA

What if hindi nagsara yung mga sikat na food parks sa Batangas City which are 3:16 and Ciudad? Do you think malakas pa din sila until now? And dadami pa kaya ang food parks along Balagtas? Afaik the reasons kaya nagclose sila is dahil ng pandemic.
Yun kasi ang wala sa Batangas City na napakarami naman sa Lipa. Yung mga food parks at commercial plaza na pwedeng tambayan at kainan. Napakaideal ng pwesto ng Caedo at Nuciti para maging food hub kaso ang dugyot na masyado. Wala man lang attractions. Ang dami ding pwedeng pagtayuan ng mga food parks along Diversion, Balagtas bypass at Tinga - Sampaga bypass kaso mga wala yata talagang balak pagtayuan eh.

Ibinahagi rin ni mayor ang mga nakalinyang aktibidad na maaaring abangan at tangkilikin ng mga turista, kabilang ang Halloween Celebration sa Agosto 31, Christmas Kick-Off Program at iba pang Christmas activities sa lungsod, gayundin ang Ala Eh Festival na iho-host ng Batangas City simula Disyembre 1 hanggang 8.

Kaugnay nito, tinugon din ni Mayor Mariño ang mga suhestyon at kahilingan ng mga dumalo upang higit pang mapalakas ang koordinasyon at pagtutulungan ng pamahalaan at ng tourism industry.

Nakiisa sa pagpupulong ang mga kinatawan mula sa travel agencies, resorts at hotel accommodations, restaurants, at iba pang tourism establishments at stakeholders.

Dumalo rin ang ilang pinuno ng mga tanggapan ng Pamahalaang Lungsod, kabilang si City Administrator Engr. Sonny Godoy.
