River Dock Glitch

Anyone have a solution on being able to complete Construction of a river dock I'm on the final point and it's too deep in the water to be able to finish construction.

Let's the workers do it, don't be near and it'll get done. I thought I was gonna have to deconstruct but they got it when I was away from them.

Dont know what I did, glitched the camera view and then disassemble popped up. Praise be!

Oooof yep, gonna have to deconstruct it and start over :/ learned that the hard way too

Problem is you cannot deconstruct. The point to disassemble is not accessible. Too deep in the water
