That last one for me makes him nearly as petty as Reverse Flash.

Be honest he loved them even if he was a Galvan, he’s just too prideful to admit he enjoyed them.

DISCUSSION Unpopular Opinion: Swampfire is a structural downgrade from Heatblast in a pure 1v1 fight.

Thumbnail

Hear me out. I know Swampfire has insane utility (regen, super strength, chlorokinesis, sleep spores). But Dwayne McDuffie confirmed Swampfire doesn't actually have pyrokinesis—he just ignites methane. Heatblast is a Pyronite. He controls fire. If they fought, couldn't Heatblast just absorb every flame Swampfire throws, and then use his supernova feat from the original series to turn the surrounding area into magma, completely negating Swampfire's roots and vines? Does Swampfire actually have a win condition here, or does his plant biology make him a sitting duck against absolute heat?

Is that the hero you remember?

💀

I think for this representation, it's more appropriate to call him as he is called in the Italian version: "HELL". 🔥

Chapter 8: Godfall

When the violent pillar of pure white light receded, Ben's eyes snapped open.

He looked down and found himself hovering a few feet above the ground.

Instead of feeling weak or drained, Ben felt his human body suddenly anchor to the earth with the terrifying density of a collapsing neutron star. His muscles hardened like reinforced steel, and the air around him hummed as gravity simply lost its grip on his shoes. He looked down at his chest.

His familiar black T-shirt was gone. In its place, a sleek, skin-tight white tunic hugged his torso, sharp deep-green accents slicing down his shoulders and waist like ceremonial armor. A heavy, snow-white cape hung from his shoulders, snapping in a wind that didn't exist. Right over his heart was a bold, stylized green letter B—radiating the absolute authority of a savior, or a conqueror.

"What the hell is happening?" Ben asked, addressing no one in particular.

"This is your will manifesting as literal power," the voice inside his head spoke up. "The Artifact's consciousness, Omega, uses a metaphysical aura to manifest his powers. That was what allowed him to nearly erase you. By refusing to die, your will extracted that same metaphysical aura into a counter frequency. You are fighting fire with fire."

"Awesome!" Ben said with exhilaration.

"Impossible!" Omega shrieked below him. "I am a God. I am the end of all things. I am perfection. I am—"

"You are a cosmic bully," Ben said assertively, cutting off Omega's spiral, "who doesn't understand that someone is saying no."

"You will die just as you lived!" Omega screamed in fury as he clenched his fists, radiating with unstable cosmic energy, and drove upward. "In vain!"

Ben's instincts screamed at him to dodge, to evade, but his body had other ideas. Instead of retreating, he surged forward.

The distance between them vanished in a fraction of a picosecond. Ben ignited his flight with a detonation of kinetic energy, the sonic boom tearing a half-mile trench through the artificial Galvan landscape below. To the naked eye, he was nothing but a streak of emerald and blinding white. Omega reacted instantly, raising its massive, armored forearms, but Ben's incoming speed was too absolute.

CRACK.

The impact shattered the sound barrier. The digital red sky seemed to shake as Omega was hurled backward through the air so fast that the atmosphere behind it condensed into a cone of white vapor. Ben didn't let up. He chased the falling god, flying inside the wake of his own punch, his green-and-white cape locked straight behind him like a blade.

"You forgot one thing, Omega," Ben called out to him as he flew toward the destruction site. "Even gods can fall."

Ben's fists were already aimed for another smash, but Omega caught him.

"Impressive," Omega said, its voice cold. "But you are still weak."

He twisted Ben's hand.

Ben screamed as he heard the crunch of bones breaking. He felt tendons stretch, ligaments tear. But before the pain could fully register, Omega slammed him downward like a meteor.

Ben hit the ground so hard the artificial crust buckled. A crater a hundred meters wide erupted around him, shards of digital rock spraying into the air like shrapnel. He lay at the bottom, gasping, his vision swimming.

Then Omega was above him, descending like the meteor that made the dinosaurs go extinct.

Ben rolled. Omega's fist hit where his head had been a picosecond ago, and the ground evaporated into white dust.

The next hour was a masterclass in violence.

Ben and Omega tore through the Omnitrix's internal landscape like two ferocious forces of nature colliding: the unstoppable force and the immovable object. Miles of artificial ground fractured under their feet. Artificial oceans boiled away from the heat of their clashes. The mountain range behind them—what remained of it—was gone, replaced by a jagged, smoking caldera of glass and pulverized stone.

An hour of continuous, light-speed violence had changed the face of the landscape.

They locked hands in the upper atmosphere, a breathless tug-of-war between two living colossal titans. Omega squeezed, its fingers burning with unstable stellar energy, trying to crush Ben's hands to dust. Ben bared his teeth, his jaw locking as the pressure forced a trickle of blood to leak from his nose.

He didn't have Feedback's energy absorption.

He didn't have Jetray's neuroshock blasts.

He didn't have Diamondhead's near-indestructible Petropian crystals.

He didn't have Way Big's strength.

He didn't have Alien X's reality warping.

He only had muscle, bone, and a stubborn refusal to quit.

With a guttural roar that rattled the digital red sky, Ben brought his forehead forward in a brutal, unprotected headbutt. The armor on Omega's face fractured. Ben didn't stop—he used the momentum to pivot, driving his knee directly into Omega's ribs, the impact sending a physical shockwave visible from hundreds of miles away.

Omega crashed into a floating metropolis, obliterating a quarter of the city on impact.

Ben hung in the air, his chest heaving as he gasped for oxygen in the thinned atmosphere. His uniform was a battlefield of its own. The pristine white tunic was scorched black across the ribs, and his left sleeve had been completely torn away, exposing bloodied, bruised muscle that was already knitting itself back together and regenerating through sheer resilience. His cape was nothing more than a delicate green-and-white ribbon snapping in the stratospheric wind.

Yet, on his chest, the green block-letter B remained entirely untouched—staring down at Omega, who was rising, equally battered, from the smoking crater below.

Omega rose slowly, its form flickering violently. Cracks ran across its featureless face like broken pillars. When it spoke, its voice was no longer calm—it was jagged, furious.

"Why won't you just surrender?" Omega demanded. "I could give you everything! No pain! No mistakes! No failure! Why would you choose this messy, imperfect existence?"

Ben wiped blood from his lip. "Because mistakes make us who we are. Because it's real."

Everything narrowed down to a single, agonizing second. Omega lunged upward for a final, world-ending strike, its fist glowing with the heat of ten thousand dying stars. Its form collapsed into a single point of pure destructive force—it had given up on negotiation. Now it just wanted to end it all.

Ben didn't dodge.

He pulled his right fist back, drawing upon every ounce of density in his transformed cells. The landscape went perfectly stark, high-contrast monochrome. The background elements—the sky, the buildings, the shattered ground—completely blurred into streaks of speed lines. There was no sound. There was only the charging titan, and Ben swinging forward.

Their fists met.

For a heartbeat, the universe held its breath.

Then the green B on Ben's chest flared to life. His strength broke through the cosmic energy, shattering Omega's arm like brittle glass before his fist buried itself deep into the entity's chest armor.

The resulting shockwave tore the digital sky apart for a thousand miles, leaving nothing but an empty, silent void.

Omega screamed—a sound that wasn't just vocal, but existential, a shriek of data, consciousness, and millennia of corruption tearing apart at once.

The entity collapsed, its form flickering violently. White shards peeled away, but slower—like it was fighting to hold itself together. The cracks spread across its body, each one exposing a void of nothing beneath.

Ben stood over it, panting heavily. His body was battered, his cape reduced to ribbons. But he was standing.

He looked down at the broken entity before him. The entity that almost erased him. That had shown him his worst failures. That had offered him an existence without pain, without loss, without failure, without trauma.

And he had refused.

Ben extended his hand.

"It's over," Ben said, his voice hoarse but sincere. "You don't have to keep fighting. I can help you. We can find a way for you to exist without hurting anyone. Without this destruction. Just... stop."

Omega's form flickered. The cracks in its surface widened, but for a moment, Ben thought he saw something like utter resentment and hatred.

"It doesn't have to be like that anymore," Ben said, his hand still extended. "It's time to stop fighting. You can choose to be someone different."

Omega's featureless face tilted up toward him. Its form was barely holding together now, cracks spider-webbing across every surface. There was no emotion in its voice, only cold finality.

"I would rather die."

Ben's eyes widened. "Wait—don't—"

But Omega's form was already disintegrating. The cracks spread faster now—not the slow, agonizing peel of Ben's near-erasure, but a violent, explosive shattering. Omega's body fractured into a million pieces, each individual shard dissolving into nothing as it fell.

"No!" Ben screamed, reaching out. "That's not—you don't have to—"

Omega's core—the last fragment of its existence—hovered for a single solitary moment. In that final instant, Ben saw it clearly: not a god, not even a villain, just something ancient and tired that had been broken for so long it had forgotten how to be anything else.

Then the core shattered.

Gone.

The silence that followed was absolute.

Ben dropped to his knees in the crater, his hand still outstretched toward empty air, as if he could reach out and pull Omega back from oblivion. But Omega had willingly chosen annihilation over anything else. No redemption. No peace. Just... nothingness.

He stayed there for a long moment, breathing hard, trying to process what had just happened. An hour of relentless combat. An hour of near-death. An hour of violence that had rewritten the landscape of the Omnitrix's internal space beyond anyone's imagination.

An hour of fighting someone who had already given up.

Ben looked at the digital countdown:

30 minutes and counting.

His blood ran cold.

"Huh... how?" he asked no one in particular. "How come I have only thirty minutes left? And why is this still counting? I stopped Omega. I watched him unravel. I watched his core get shattered. I-I-"

Ben was hyperventilating when the voice inside his head spoke. "The battle isn't over, Ben. We still have a final stand to make."

"What do you mean by that?" Ben asked with genuine confusion in his voice. "I beat him fair and square... well, maybe not fair and square, but you get the idea. It was supposed to be the end!" Ben screamed as he uttered the last sentence.

"Listen to me very carefully, Ben," the voice cut through Ben's spiral. "The Artifact's ultimate ability isn't just consciousness-eating. Its ultimate ability is the Doomsday Protocol: the ability to permanently erase all timelines and replace them with a single giant Omniverse where reality itself will be reorganized on a fundamental level. For example, it's a universal and fixed fact that protons are positively charged, but Vilgax will be able to make protons negatively charged. There will be no past to return to, no future to fight for. No multiverse. No alternate Bens to save the day. Just Vilgax's rigid, unchanging rule forever. And to top it all off, nobody besides Vilgax will remember this wipeout. Even Azmuth didn't know. The Artifact's true purpose was buried so deep that only I could see it."

Ben swallowed a lump in his throat.

It was unlike anything he had ever heard.

It was unlike anything any sane person had ever heard.

But before Ben could process the weight of what was about to happen, his body's exhaustion hit him like a freight train.

His white tunic began to fade, the planetary-level power draining away like water through his fingers. He looked at his chest—the white tunic was beginning to fade, being replaced by his usual black T-shirt.

"Omega was the source of the metaphysical aura," the voice inside his head told him before Ben could question it. "Your counter frequency gave you superhuman powers, and Omega's metaphysical aura was sustaining it. Now that he's gone—"

"The power goes away with it," Ben finished the sentence.

Just then, a powerful surge of bright light engulfed the entire landscape.

"Time to head back," the voice said.

"Wait, can't you do something to stop all this? And what about Azmuth?" Ben asked the voice, pointing to the floating white crystal in the distance.

It was a miracle that Azmuth's crystal survived that hour-long battle.

"I can't help you anymore, Ben," the voice said gravely. "The Artifact sensed my temporal energy and accelerated its activation twice. The best I could do was offer cryptic guidance."

"Oh—" Ben said as the pieces clicked into his brain like a perfectly designed jigsaw puzzle. "So the first jump from 11 hours to 6 hours and now down to 30 minutes was because of you?"

"Unfortunately, yes," the voice confirmed. "But it's time to bid farewell now. I have fulfilled my purpose. You must fight this final battle without me. In the old-fashioned way. And as for Azmuth, he will be transported back safely to the real world."

"Wait!" Ben yelled out. "How exactly can I stop Vilgax if the Doomsday Protocol is still running? Can I even use the Omnitrix?"

"You already know the answer, Benjamin," the voice told him. "Go be the hero."

And with that, the humming inside Ben's head stopped.

"I'm coming, Vilgax," Ben declared assertively. "It's hero time!"

And then there was green.

FANART 1.The Cluster (Colour Drawing Challenge)

Post image
26 Upvotes

It has begun

Starting off with going big rather than going home, I present The Cluster! 🍄

This species has the ability to send out many gooey fungal spores that, when attached to sentient lifeforms, grants them the ability to control it, able to command many minds at once. It also allows them to read thoughts and memories while attached. When no longer needed, they can easily disconnect the spores without harming the subject.

They can also use said spores to mentally connect to other members of the species, long rang communication and guidance between each other, able to share memories too. Based on what Ben personally discovered when coming into contact with another member of The Cluster's species, they appear to view each other as one big family.

They are behemoths in size, but lumber about slowly, often spending many days digging their roots into the earth below to rest and eat nutrients, in doing so they also get a sense of the environment they're in, and any imbalance that may need fixing.

QUESTION An old Ben 10 game from Cartoon Network that I haven't been able to find.

Hi! When I was a kid, I used to play this Ben 10 game on the CN website, but I never managed to finish it, and to this day I haven't been able to find it. I'm wondering if it's a Mandela effect or if the game actually existed. I just remember Ben (the original Ben) appearing with Gwen and his grandfather in their camper; Ben would pick up certain items, and police officers would show up. Ben would try to get into a building—I don't remember if it was a warehouse—and find Gwen's handheld game console; he'd use it to distract the police officer and slip inside. My memory is a bit hazy, but later he would transform into Grey Matter and climb up some pipes, having to dodge rats to get past. I don't remember anything after that, but I've looked for old games and none of them match. I'd love to find out something about the game since I've always wondered what happened next. I hope someone can help me—thanks! :)

GENERAL The Best Ben 10 Game is Minecraft

Thumbnail
gallery
13 Upvotes

I made this post because I wanted to give some notoriety to the Minecraft Ben 10 mod "Alien Evolution" with its addons because it is actually the best ben 10 game we've never had

This is because of Minecraft's sandbox nature that allows you to use the Omnitrix however you want and lets you actually think about how you are gonna solve each problem

For example , you can use Armadrillo to mine , Heatblast to get cooked food , Ripjaws to explore underwater ,etc

Also , a lot of aliens have powers that have been showed once or twice in the show like heatblast's Supernova , Wildvine being able to move underground, you can even get out of the NRG's suit to damage other mobs because of radiation.

The Mod is on Curseforge and only has the OG 10 but it has addons that adds the other aliens

This image shows you all the the available aliens , credit to rbta123 for the unedited image

Green = Finished
Yellow = Unfinished
Red = isn't in the game but they are being worked on

I highly recommend checking the mod because chances are if you thought "Why doen't ben do this with this allien" you can do in this Mod

Sorry for bad English , This is my first reddit post.

You can find the mod here: https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/alienevo

QUESTION Ben is actually super smart

He has great problem solving skills like if he didn’t get the alien that he wanted, he makes good use out of it
