Skin sagging would all be based on your age, weight loss, and how quickly.
No peptide helps.

I’m in my early 20s, what i’ve noticed is that i’ve been losing weight pretty quickly even though i’ve been eating right, which is why i’m scared my skin might end up sagging due to the rapid weight loss

To add onto this as well- Some people say GHKCU can help with skin elasticity, I’m also in my early 20’s and have lost a lot of weight & have started to notice some lose skin (nothing crazy). I plan to start incorporating a retinol body lotion & wash to help tighten back up, alongside a few cycles of GHK-CU.

Just eat enough protein and keep the weight loss slow is the only way you can limit saggy skin (ghk might help a little I’m not entirely sure). If you lose weight too fast your skin doesn’t have time to tighten

do you have any pep suggestions for fat loss?

All the glps you’re doing should do pretty well. Maybe some tesamorelin for that visceral fat. But the main thing is just to take it slow and eat enough protein. Not starve yourself to death

Curious as I want to do the same eventually how you are going to do the switch from r+c to t, what doses are you on currently and what do you plan to switch to on t?

i’ll be switching to r+t but i’ll be taking a break from both for a week since its half life is 5-7 days, you can do the same for your case. how long have you been on r?

Almost 9 months, just wanting to add/switch for maintaining

You’ve been on r long enough, you can start with 5mg t if you’re planning on switching completely. I can’t really recommend a dose for t+r since our body reacts differently, but i’ll be doing 2.5mg of t every 5 days and 1mg of r every 6

How long have you been on r if you don’t mind me asking, and what your highest dose was?
Thank you for the input !!

I’ve been on r for 9 months and my highest dose was 8mg. Feel free to dm me if you have more questions 😊
