240- 169lbs 6 Month Cut Progress

In the beginning of April, I started Reta and since I’ve added Tesamorelin(I’m cycling off from it right now), GHK-Cu, Mots-C, and 5-Amino-1mq. It’s been 6 months and I’ve lost 71lbs. I’ve been really focused on my diet, cardio, and of course my workouts. I’ve never been happier with myself and I want to keep improving day by day, even obsessing with my results, I am about to be 21 and I would really want to compete in Powerlifting or Bodybuilding later in life.

Do you disclose research to your doctor?

I've got a doctors visit this week and I'm debating what (if anything) to tell them.

I was taking prescription tirzepeptide last time I saw them (via outside compounding vendor) but canceled that due to cost. I've stayed on it through other means since then and they'll definitely notice that I've continued to lose weight.

Do I tell them? Or just pretend I've been very good at counting calories since last time?

Change reta to twice a week or up the dosage?

I know, its different for everyone.

But here is my story.

280lbs, never taken any peps, work out 3-4times aweek, eat like a bear. No satity(spelling?) Dont feel a satisfied feeling while eating. Full food noise, eating all the time.

So

I Started reta 5 weeks ago. Worked great.

1mg/week. No hunger feeling, no food noise, feeling full after a couple of bites(like 1/4 of what i ate earlier) almost "forcing" myself to eat my protein goals. Down 18lbs.

So i take the reta saturdays. It has worked great. Last week on friday i got the feeling of bear hunger back. But went away on saturday after the reta. Still on 1mg/week

But today. Tuesday... god damn.

I feel the hunger even more.

Ive eaten a larger breakfast today than before. Ive also had my regular proteinshake.

But the other days i didnt feel like this.

I guess this is why you have the titration.

So the question is what should i do?

Im thinking of holding off and getting used to this feeling of hunger. And on saturday, increase my dose to 2 mg/week.

Or

Take another 1mg tomorrow and change it up to 1mg twice a week.

I know people do it differently and everyone is different.

But im mostly looking for people with more experiance.

So what do you think guys? ❤️

Hi everyone!
I’m going to start Reta with 0.5mg and I was wondering if I should do it on an empty stomach and also, does it have to be always at the same time same day? Thanksss!

Sleep peptide stack?

I’ve been looking into these for sleep and am trying to decide which to run/how long/when and which I could take together if better benefit.

Plz don’t suggest magnesium or supplements. I already take those. I’ve done a lot in an effort to fix my sleep with little results besides peptides.

Docs, psych, sleep study, meds, herbs, supplements, sleep hygiene, therapy, CBTi, etc.

This is the list I’ve compiled looking into peptides that may help sleep:
Sermorelin
Dsip nasal
Epitalon
Pinealon
Selank nasal
Cjc / ipa

Where should I start & how to run cycle? I do not plan on taking a bunch at same time and would try one at a time but am open to combos that makes sense once trying individually.

TIA!

Avoiding loose skin

Currently taking tirzepatide for weight loss. I started July 3 and have lost 27 pounds I have about 43 more to go and I’m really trying to avoid loose skin. I’m 35yr female. I’m going to start ghk-cu injections as soon as the stuff arrives because I’ve heard it can help with skin elasticity and I’m also doing strength training does anyone have any other suggestions or tips to help

Down -14lbs in one month

Posting this for a friend. He’s 19 years old and started his weight-loss journey at 267 lbs. He’s been using Reta (retatrutide) alongside changes to his diet and staying consistent.
After 30 days, he’s down to 253 lbs — 14 pounds in his first month. Still early, but you can already see a difference. He’s going to keep at it and hopefully I’ll have another update to share at Day 60. 💪

Day 1: 267 lbs → Day 30: 253 lbs

250->220

For the last 5 years I have hovering around 250- 240. Always have had trouble with my diet. As a former chef and a foodie I know how to make food taste good. Reta has helped me have a far healthier relationship with food. Portion control has been the biggest part that has helped me since starting Reta. I eat mostly a clean diet but still eat the foods I enjoy that may not be as healthy by eating muchhhh smaller portions. I’m also one to dabble in a weed gummy every now and then and the Reta has helped control my munchies a lot. Enjoying the ride! Reta has been a great help with the journey, but it’s not a miracle drug, im still averaging 12,000 steps since starting Reta. Lifting heavy with a trainer 2-3 days a week.

Side Effects of SLU-PP-332

Upvotes

I have been using this as a fat burner, but I find it has some incredible effects on REM sleep and the dream state. Has anyone else experienced this? I am doing 2x 500mcg per day split.

r/Biohacking 13h ago

When did you start to notice results from KPV?

Specifically for skin issues like eczema, rosacea etc. or just overall inflammation. Is it something that starts working almost immediately or will it take time to see results?

women on reta + tesa

Interested to hear from any women who are stacking reta and tesa!

I’m about to add tesa to my current stack as I think it could be a valuable addition to my journey. I’ve been trying to find other people’s experiences/results, but I’ve noticed that most of the posts I come across are from men.

Would love to hear from any women who have run the two together, what has your experience been like, and what kind of results have you noticed?

3rd party testing

Upvotes

I am wondering how often you do a 3rd party test on peptides you get? I am pretty new, and spent a good amount of time researching. You can find on forums some reviews and where to purchase. But I have seen posts of bad product.

So do you buy a kit and send one in every time? Do you test if you buy from a new source for the first time? I am curious about how to validate product

Has anyone here tried the Illumineuro Blend peptide?

Has anyone here tried the Illumineuro Blend peptide?

I'm considering giving it a try and would love to hear some real-world experiences. What benefits did you notice, how long did it take to work, and did you experience any side effects?

Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks!

A standard 48mg vial of IllumiNeuro contains a mix of four specific neuropeptides

:N-Acetyl Semax Amidate (20mg) – A modified analog of the nootropic peptide Semax, studied for focus and neuroprotection.

N-Acetyl Selank Amidate (8mg) – An analog of Selank, researched for anxiolytic (anti-anxiety) and nervous system support properties

.Pinealon (10mg) – A short synthetic tripeptide investigated for bioregulation and neuronal cell protection in brain tissue.

PE-22-28 (10mg) – A peptide derived from the human cathelicidin-related antimicrobial peptide, studied for antidepressant-like and neurotrophic effects.

Looking for help/guidance.

I’m ready to bite the bullet.

My main goals are recovery, endurance, and overall durability. I’m a runner, so I’m trying to keep my joints, tendons, ligaments, and muscles healthy and recover faster between training. I’d also like to add some lean muscle and improve my overall body composition. Basically, perform better, recover better, and stay active without constantly getting sidelined by little injuries.

What are y’all’s recommendations?

Anyone do red light therapy with ghk-cu?

Post image
2 Upvotes

I have access to a ChillRx Cryotherapy Slim Pod and have been considering adding ghk-cu to my mix. If I can get compounded effects by using both I might as well add them to my routine. I do have loose skin and stretch marks.

Just curious what inputs you guys might have. I'm on the fence with whether it'll be worth the trouble or not. It will noticeably affect my budget. Not super concerned with that unless the results are marginal.
