Avoiding loose skin
Currently taking tirzepatide for weight loss. I started July 3 and have lost 27 pounds I have about 43 more to go and I’m really trying to avoid loose skin. I’m 35yr female. I’m going to start ghk-cu injections as soon as the stuff arrives because I’ve heard it can help with skin elasticity and I’m also doing strength training does anyone have any other suggestions or tips to help

I don't want to crush your hope, but pending on how much loose skin you will have, nothing short of surgery will give you the results you want. I hope in the near future, loose skin will be seen as a badge of honor.

As someone who lost a lot of weight (70kg over 3 years) and tried collagen / CHK-Cu / fasting / losing weight slowly / high protein diet / red light therapy etc - I agree with you. They certainly help but at the end of the day surgery is the only sure thing that can address loose skin after lots of weight loss. Its unfortunate as its a bugger of a surgery.
mind you I'm older and was overweight for some time so that make things harder

So I’ve probably been in the 200s for 7-8 years
But so far I’ve lost 27 pounds as mentioned in the post and no loose skin at all but I’ve read it starts once you lose over 50

Protein, exercise, patience and I'll throw another in here: compression garments. I have lipidema and a lot of loose skin flapping around after a 180-pound loss. The compression garments are making a huge amount of difference. I can't for certain state that it's helping my skin shrink back ever so slowly into place, but it's doing wonders for how I look and feel in my clothes, and I'll take it! Congratulations on your losses so far, OP. You've got this.

strength training + enough protein are your best bets

Lose weight slowly, increase your protein. 27lbs is too much for two months if you want reduce loose skin.

For my loose skin, i have been regularly going for body hifu, onda pro and indiba treatments. Its slow, but makes a difference. I also have a red light therapy machine bought online to help with it.

Microneedling and retinol.

You think retinol is better then ghk-cu ?

I use both. I saw in previous comments you already use klow. I microneedle with a combo of snap8 and ghkcu in hyaluronic acid. I also use klow.

Hey there. Also on tirz since June, I'm down 34lbs in 12 weeks. I've been taking GHKCU since week 4. No idea if its gonna work but I feel like my wrinkles are softening lol. Definitely getting baby hairs. Hope it works out for us both! I still have a crap ton to lose and know GHK wont stop it. But it also can't hurt lol.
