Started writing on substack

I don’t know if I want to just plug my substack. But I know I do want to share that reading what people have on there is helpful. I haven’t looked at bipolar specific posts, but I have been writing about my struggle with the disorder and other mental conditions. How psychedelics affected me, from making things worse or better. However, at the same time, I worry if people will try to copy my experiences in real time to replicate whatever recovery I went through. Am I overthinking, stuck in my ego, or am I being empathetic towards possible readers? Either way, I just want to encourage others with mental health conditions to journal privately.

Couldn't find you on Substack. BP1, N1 narcolepsy myself.

I am under @hanonesail, I purposely didn't want to insert cause it felt weird, but I am writing to try to help others feel less lonely in their experiences recovering from bipolar specifically.
