Today's shots have a few different aesthetics! We have a couple of pigeons sitting on a metal, rail bridge that goes over the Grand Union Canal in England. The wings are a little blurry on the one taking flight but I still really liked the shot and after some editing I feel like it's a really cool picture!

The second shot is a mother duck with her three little ducklings. They seem to be living on the canal close to where I live and I've seen them a bunch of times swimming up and down :)

The final shot I really like and it's probably my favourite of the three! I love how the birds are silhouetted against the dark, deep blue of the sky!

Superb Starling, Kenya.

I just really, really love seagull chicks. I’ve been following these 3 for some weeks now and they feel quite safe around me. Their parents too. Like I’m not there. It’s a heatwave and drought here, so both myself and a few others have put out waterbowls in the area - for every thirsty soul. Well this little lady showed off her Wing/foot game today. I was very impressed 🥰

Problem is - they are actually fully developed juvenile birbs already, and one of these days when I go out to check on them, they won’t be there. And I’m not ready for them to leave. I get way too emotionally attached 😂🥰 it’s just that they are so very cute.

In the meantime my friend has 4 kestrels in her outhouse. Parents and two chicks. Which everybody is in awe of and no one wants to hear about my seagulls. But I love my seagulls.
