Yogurt and burgers don't meet very often. Surprisingly good burger(s).

Thought this one was pretty good. If we made it again I would mash the avocado with the cilantro lime mayo to make a spread. Otherwise the avocado slices just slip around as you're trying to eat it.

An all-beef patty topped with a mixture of orange lentils, serrano chilies, garlic, and onions (adding ginger and honey makes the lentils come alive with flavor). A light spread of herb coated chèvre cheese and some fresh spinach to finish it off with a rich, over-the-top flavor.
