Recommendations for guides, books, tutorials, etc

An avid beginner here who wants to grow in illustrating in botanics but am overwhelmed. Where should I start? Does anyone know a good guide or tutorial that has thorough illustration advice and demonstrations for doing more intricate and resonant work?

I have an introductory level understanding of basic art principles and sketching, like form, value, and starting with major shapes, but I have trouble with grasping the details and specifics when it comes to flowers and other botanical subjects. I did get an e-book on botanic line drawing that is very basic, as maybe it is for kids or total beginners.

Wondering if anyone here felt strongly about any particular resources or teaching materials that would be really helpful?
