Hi all, I was told back in May to do a lean bulk in order to build muscle.
I'm doing 4 days gym (push, pull, legs, full body) and 3 days running.
I'm eating (based on an app I have where I track what I eat) 2600 calories per day + what I burn (what my garmin feeds me). Macros are 129g proteins, 322g carbs, 86g fat, however I always go more proteins and carbs, usually around 144g proteins and 400g carbs.
I'm discouraged because it looks like all I eat goes into the belly and not actually building muscles, also I'm aware I have an anterior pelvic tilt which I'm working on it.
My question is, do I continue with this lean bulk or should I cut the fat and then lean bulk?

I’ve been living between 230-250lbs for about 3 years now. Pretty consistent in the gym, but I can’t figure the diet part out. I mean I get how to do it, but I keep fucken up after a week or so of trying to eat right.
Should I lock in and lean out or does this look aight. I’m not gonna lie, I’m not a fan of what my stomach looks like when I’m walking directly into the wind

A few years ago I went on a large cut after hitting 250 on the scale. This past Spring I dropped below 170 and decided I was starting to look scrawny. Currently sitting at 183 and I’m not sure if I should cut back down to get my abs back, try to maintain, or bulk to push for a 225 bench. (195 is my current PB and progress has been slow.)

5”6, 66KG, 145 lbs. Have been cutting forever and I’ve gotten lazy with my diet now. I stopped losing weight 4 months ago as I crash diet. Since I started my cut, I’ve lost 11KGs / 24 lbs.
I’ve been fat, now I’m skinny fat. I’m tired of feeling and looking small, but I don’t wanna bulk and become a balloon again cause I’m big back activities. Should I keep cutting or is a bulk possible? Don’t care too much about abs, in 4 months I just want big shoulders, chest, back, and legs. Like that one Henry Cavill scene but pudgier and smaller obv cause it’s only 4 months.
The picture shows a before / after of me normal and then flexing. This was on an empty stomach in good lighting without a pump. Haven’t worked out in a week.

Any other advice is appreciated :)

Hey guys, at my lowest bodyweight on a cut, ive been training consistently for 3 years currently sitting at 160lb at 5'10. i feel like I am pretty lean but when I am standing upright I am completely unable to see my top 2 abs, the only way they appear is if i kind of hunch down in this odd position as you can see in the video, but just standing upright they seem to be completely invisible. Is this genetics or do I just need to keep cutting and get leaner? this is my first real aggressive cut so just wondering if people with more experience can help guide me if those top 2 being visible is my goal. Thanks for the input

Hi all,
I'm 1.87 (6 ft.2) and weigh around 86 kg (189 lbs) now. I've been cutting since june and lost 7 (15 lbs) kg since then. My original plan was cutting for 3 months and then gently starting a short maintenance phase and continue a lean bulk afterwards. Looking at the photos however I still see a bit of fluff. The digital scale says my fat percentage is at around 24% altough I know they aren't always accurate. What would be the best way forward? Continue the cut or just start easing into the lean bulk again?

Been eating at maintenance for a few months. On the fence about cutting again to really get shredded, or just start bulking hard now.

Originally intended to cut over Summer but didn't really go to plan. I seem to fluctuate from thinking I'm scrawny to feeling fat... So would appreciate some outside guidance
For reference, I train 3-5 times a week and do PPL. Have been training more seriously for ~6 months, but prior to that had a history of being very on/off with my gym commitment

a year and a half at the gym - i’ve lost 5kgs. i’m 178cm, 75kgs right now. 34yo.
i’m just so unsure of what to do - i was thinking since i have love handles and a fair amount of body fat maybe i should continue cutting till im 70kgs ?
