I have 4x32GB individually packaged memory sticks. The speed is 6000 CL40 at 1.25v. The website advertises CL38/CL40, so the sticks may have a profile for CL38, however I'm not sure. The sticker states: 40-48-48-96. The brand name is Cusu, they appear to be new but they're likely the same as any Chinese brand. The manufacturer claims a limited lifetime warranty.

I also have 2x 2TB Netac 7000-t NVMe drives. They perform at full PCIe 4 specs, with reads at 7300 MB/s and writes at 6,700 MB/s (source). The manufacturer claims a 5 year limited warranty.

Everything is BNIB and sealed.

Asking prices:

Looking for an RTX 3090 Founders Edition for up to $1500. It needs to be Founders Edition since I need to connect it using the 12 pin connector. I’m buying it to replace the faulty one I bought here earlier in my post history.

I'm buying this for LLM inference so I'll need to confirm that the VRAM fully works (the OCCT VRAM test is fine, and there are many others that work too), something I didn't do for the GPU I'm trying to replace.

Looking to buy an AM5 CPU, Motherboard & Ram, ideally as a combo.

• AM5 CPU: The ideal would be a 7600X3D, or a Non-X3D like a 7600X or even a 9600X if possible. Ideally would spend ~$250 CAD. Not open to intel chips as the plan would be to upgrade on the AMD Platform down the line.
• AM5 Motherboard: Would need to specifically be an mATX board due to my case size being limited. Would be nice to have. Preferred to spend 200 CAD or less ideally.
• 32GB DDR5: 6000Mhz is preferred but not a big necessity, at worst maybe 5600Mhz as long as the timings are still acceptable. Ideally looking for 450 CAD or lower, but open to some discussion as long as it is dual-channel & >16GB due to my use-cases.

I bought this fully built PC back in May 2025 (it arrived around June) from Quoted Tech.

Honestly I couldn't be happier with the overall performance of the PC, and if I could, I would be keeping it for multiple years. However, my Work Permit in Canada has expired and I am currently in a Visitor Record, and bringing the PC to Europe will be a massive hurdle. • No GPU included

Condition / please read:

• On one occasion, after a power outage and restart, a front panel sync/RGB error message appeared — Dell SupportAssist popped up on boot, I pressed continue, and it resolved. Hasn't happened again since. Buttons and RGB worked fine throughout, including while the message was up.
• Both M.2 2280 mounting points are physically damaged (standoffs torn out of the board) — known defect at the time I bought it. A standard 2280-length NVMe can't be securely screwed down without a workaround (glue, Kapton/electrical tape, or rigging a rear mount with nylon washers all work fine). No trace damage on the board itself, so functionality isn't affected — both 2230 slots are fully intact, and the included 256GB WD SN740 is currently running fine in one of them.
• The PCIe slot's GPU retention latch is broken and doesn't function — the GPU still seats and works fine electrically, just won't physically click/lock in place. Bought the machine this way, so no history on how it happened.
• WiFi antennas missing (see WiFi note above).

Honestly, this was a hard one to price — no real comparables out there for this exact barebones config with the two known issues, so I mostly went off current component values (CPU/RAM/PSU/drive individually). If you think I'm off, let me know — genuinely open to reasonable suggestions.
