A couple of years ago I blacked out the sub in protest of controversial decisions being made about the API.
Then I kind of abandoned it. Left Reddit. Left the sub locked.
Now the sub is back, because it has a good reason for existing, and should exist. So submissions are unlocked and the rules are reasonable again.
If you've got a cat fact, go ahead and share it!

This is my cat Martin, and he can fall asleep pretty much anywhere I always find him sleeping in the funniest positions. Is there actually a reason cats are able to sleep so comfortably in such weird places, or does Martin just have his own rules?
What’s the weirdest place you’ve caught your cat sleeping?

My cat likes my boyfriend more than me she’s always snuggling him and wanting him but never me. She’s only met him like twice other than when he’s around she’s all over me but sense he’s been here she doesn’t touch me at all. What do I do

Do your cats become more snuggly or do they become more something else?

As English literature and grammar rules, Materials + Plants + Animals = It . But as of all we love animals ,many of us call them as He /She. So how do you call your pet regardless of their names

If your cat could remember one moment from your life together forever, which moment do you hope it would be?

Having a cat feels like living with a tiny, mysterious roommate who offers quiet comfort, warm cuddles, and sudden bursts of funny chaos

not even sure when it started but every night right before i fall asleep she just walks in, sits on my chest for like 2 mins, does the lil kneading thing, then just leaves n goes to her own spot like nothin happened lol. never asks for anything, never sticks around after, just does her lil check-in n bounces
sounds so random typin it out but it genuinely makes me feel so looked after every single night, never gets old ngl
anyone else's cat got some weird lil routine that just melts you every time? drop yours below, need some wholesome content in my feed rn 🐱💛
