Good but thin
I don’t live in a city that has Chick-fil-A so when I went to visit today and I got this super thin chicken sandwich. I had to take a picture cause I don’t remember them ever being this thin… in some places it was even thinner than the bread 😆 I still ate every last crumb

That is much thinner than normal, I would not have served it.

There is a location that I go to, and their sandwiches used to be this thin until recently for some reason. But there is another location less than 5 miles away, never has sandwiches this thin.

Thats weird given every location should be getting the same ingredients from the same place.

i have bad luck, my morning chicken biscuits' chicken is about the size and thickness of a credit card half the time when i get it. i never complain because i can slightly understand, but the patty looks like it's 1/2 the size and 1/5 the thickness of the photo on the website sometimes

this looks like it may have been crushed flat, the whole sandwich. the waffle looks nothing like that.
no shade on OP, just saying...it looks like someone crushed it.

Yeah that happens sometimes to me a swell. Sometimes they're lackluster in size and other times they are thick and juicy or normal size but a little mis-shaped to where there's bun space with no meat but meat outside of the bun. most of the time its good and the flavor is always there.

I call this the fillet lottery.
Sometimes I win on the bun (I add salt and a little pepper to the meat which bumps it up...really good)
Sometimes I win on chicken (but It balances perfectly with the bun)
Sometimes I win on breading (which, honestly, I love..and I add some salt to)
Sometimes I win on the fringe bits which, even more honestly, are like crack. they remind me of the crunchy bits from Long John Silvers fish. (obviously not that crunchy but it's those edge bits that are so good). (one of the reasons I love the nuggets)
So in my personal opinion, I love the natural variation because I never know which lottery I'm going to win.
