Why is there a decapitated tauren head at Stillpine Hold?

It’s funny seeing them scrambling!

They’re either talking about using new/modern graphics and models in a vanilla world,

or “familiar landscapes” might refer to places we’ve already visited in retail, like Northrend, the Dragon Isles, or Kul Tiras, but reimagined with vanilla aesthetics.

The word “enhance” makes me lean more toward the former than the latter.

I’ve been playing exclusively with my husband in TBC Classic, and we even did arena together. But recently, the game has somehow lost its fascination for us. We’re more or less just logging in out of habit, and neither of us really enjoys the big raids.

Maybe Zul’Aman will bring us back.

For now, we’ve actually gone back to regular Classic. We both started on Firemaw as Tauren Horde — I’m playing a Shaman and my husband a Tauren Warrior. We’re taking it completely stress-free, with no pressure or goals.

And honestly, I had forgotten how beautiful the low-level game is.

The zone design, the stories, the slower pace, the simpler gameplay… it just feels different. We’re questing together, meeting and interacting with other players, and later on we’ll do some PvP together too.

I can’t wait to experience all those low- and mid-level dungeons again: Scarlet Monastery, Uldaman, Zul’Farrak, and all the Blackrock dungeons — with BRD being my absolute favorite.

So, if you’re getting annoyed or burned out by the high-level game, maybe take a break and go back to the beginning.

Just enjoy the world, the quests, the dungeons and the people you meet along the way.

Classic is still an amazing game.

I divorced my wife and am planning on using at least 13 days of PTO when the game releases. They should add one new class every 5 years or so. New classes and/or specs are hype and help grow the world. Classic has never been balanced, so why do we all of a sudden care about it when it comes to adding new classes? Make it make sense please

When I played in 2019 on a fresh server I specifically had 2 gold making methods to help me buy lvl lvl40 and 100% mount. I based my engineering idea specifically for alliance. There was a quest in Duskwood in the town that required a "bronze tube" to complete. The vendor next to the quest would sell but always was sold out. I sat in duskwood for like the first 3 days of release spamming the duskwood zone chat about selling bronze tubes between 20-50s each. I was selling more than I could make by a huge margin. Id get 2-5 whispers for a bronze tube every zone chat message I sent. By the time I left duskwood I already had around 60g.

My second idea was crafting "salt shakers". This particular item let leatherworkers cure their rugged leather once every 3 days. This was needed to create BiS leather set items before raiding opened. I was selling Salt shakers between 10-30g. I wasnt that much of a farmer so I only was making 1-2 salt shakers a day. The profession level needed to make the salt shaker was pretty high for engineering so it wasnt super easy to level up to that in the first week or so. Gave a nice barrier to entry.

Hello all, just wanted to check in and see if I am not the only one that feels bad burnout when leveling a warrior? I have been struggling to get to 58(51 at the moment) and I have lost the drive for it so he is just sitting in an inn collecting rested exp. What can I do to revitalize my warrior? All my buddies are mid Outlands right now and I would love to join them but I need some tips and tricks to help me along the way! Please and thank you!
