How do the extra buttons work, and what is the second DB9 plug for? (I assume these are related in some way.)

Thanks. The buttons are Fire, Up and Space Bar. The second cable goes to controller port 1 (fire button) for the space bar button.

Which originals? For levers, I use Sanwa JLF/JLX, the Wizball one has an OTTO V5 kit on its JLF. Different levers; Seimitsu, Qanba, PWS, etc are available too, as well as more buttons, Seimitsu, SiTong, ENTH, Qanba etc.
