- CARFAX doesn’t say much about changing the transmission fluid and such
- it appears well taken care of

I would take this truck to different state for a year and am wondering if it would be worth it.

Hello! Close to a month ago now, I ordered a shirt off a small artist’s website. They have good reviews on the website, and some customers have clearly been receiving other items from the merchant shop as reviews are still being put in. This artist’s website uses Shop/Shopify.
It’s a day or two away from being at a month with no shipment, and was just wondering how common this is? I contacted the merchant and received no reply.
It appears I can’t even raise an issue with the order until the 30 day mark which feels like a long time for money to be on hold with no resolution or shipment in sight.
Any suggestions on how to move forward?

NOBL Travel’s customer service has been extremely disappointing. What was supposed to be a smooth experience has instead turned into a frustrating situation involving poor communication, unresponsive support, and concerns about refunds and product quality.

According to my experience, contacting the company has become increasingly difficult. Their contact number appears to be unavailable or difficult to access, calls, and chats are always going unanswered. Even when responses are received, they can feel highly automated and robotic rather than genuinely addressing the customer’s concerns.

The biggest issue is the lack of meaningful customer support when I am asking for a refund they would intentionally not call me back. Instead of receiving clear explanations and solutions, i was left hanging.

I have also serious concerns about the quality of the products/services provided, especially when the experience does not seem to match what was originally promised or expected.

Room is 12x15, gets dark at night, white wall, sitting 10-12 feet back. Mostly movies and sports. Want decent 1080p, quiet, and not washed out.

Been looking at the Dangbei N2 Mini since it's compact and fits the budget with some streaming apps, but reviews are mixed. Anyone actually owned it for more than a few months? How's real brightness, fan noise, and picture quality in a dark room? Open to other solid options under $200 that won't die in a year.

I ordered Hears Sleep with the promise that it is returnable if I am not completely happy with my product. They are extremely uncomfortable to wear while sleeping. When I wanted to return them I found out that I must pay USD167,90 to return a product I only paid USD49,01 for. This is absolutely ridiculous! In ZAR I paid R790,00 postage inclusive but to return them I must pay R2707,34. Pathetic!

Has anybody ever filed a complaint against State Farm Insurance? I cancelled my insurance by speaking directly to the office agent/owner back in May and they are still deducting payments from my account. I don’t know if filing a complaint will get me anywhere?

I purchased several bracelets from KOSS Design and unfortunately the size doesn’t fit so I followed KOSS Design’s return instructions exactly, including using the HS Code they provided to avoid custom tax. The parcel was sent to their designated warehouse in France, but the warehouse refused to receive the return, and the parcel was eventually returned to me without proper communication.

I wrote to customer service and they said they can’t receive return with tax but I follow every of their instructions and I was left without my refund, with additional shipping costs and inconvenience. I was so frustrating and shared my experiences on social media.

Instead of resolving the issue, I subsequently received a legal warning from KOSS Design regarding my social media and Trustpilot posts, even though my posts are based on my genuine experience and documented evidence.

This has been an extremely disappointing customer service experience.

I recently ordered a dress from Littlebox because it looked gorgeous and premium in the product photos. When it arrived, the material was shockingly cheap and flimsy.
This was supposed to be a gift for a friend, and since I was running out of time, I decided to return it and buy something offline instead. I initiated the return, and to my annoyance, they charged a ₹99 return fee penalizing me for an issue that was entirely their poor quality control. I accepted the loss anyway because I needed the cash back in my bank account.
Instead of refunding my original payment method, they issued the refund as store credit.
What is the logic here? If I wanted to buy something else from them, I would have just opted for a standard exchange and saved the ₹99 fee.
Now I’ve lost ₹99 on return charges and I’m stuck with store credits for a brand whose quality I no longer trust.

Has anyone had any luck getting Littlebox to transfer store credit back to their bank account, or is my money basically trapped?

The company is not willing to replace my product for a refund as my product was damaged. I had placed a refund order the next day itself as I had noticed damages to the products packaging flipkart initially accepted my return but didn't send a technician and later cancelled my return on there own without giving me a reason now a I placed a return again and technical visit was supposed to be on the first but still no one has showed up

I won one of LUX4U’s giveaway prizes a few weeks ago and never actually received it.

I thought I’d give them some grace to send it… but now, around three weeks later, they announced they were effectively shutting down in their current form and sent an email saying LUXCards only had a couple of days left to be used before they became void. Realistically, that gives people almost no time to use them, and apparently LUXCards won through their giveaways are now just being voided entirely??

What feels especially suss to me is that my prize was supposedly “sent” during the exact period they were clearly dealing with whatever legal/regulatory issues led to the closure, yet I never received anything.

So I’m now in the position where I’ve paid for a membership for a significant amount of time, won one of their competitions, never received the prize, and then the company shut down shortly afterwards and said those prizes would be void.

I’m honestly quite shocked and really disappointed, never mind the timing feeling extremely questionable.

Has this happened to anyone else? Am I the only person who feels like they’ve been scammed here?

So my package said "delivered" on tracking, I went out to grab it maybe two hours later, and there was nothing there. I don’t have a Ring doorbell or anything so I can’t be sure, but I’m guessing someone swiped it (probably my fault for leaving it there for so long, but here we are).

We’re talking like $180 worth of stuff. I’m wondering whether there’s any chance the vendor will refund me for this. Has anyone gotten a refund for this kind of thing, or am I just out the money? I've gotten mixed answers from people on whether porch piracy gets refunded, so figured I'd ask here.

Just thought I’d share my experience with this company. Absolutely disgraceful experience with parachute.com I paid $200 for a robe, and after the very first wash—delicate cycle, cold water, exactly as instructed—it started falling apart. The threads around the waist became loose, and it started to look like an experienced cat had scratched it for an hour.

I contacted customer service and was initially told that what I was seeing was supposedly “normal.” Seriously? If you spend your hard earn money on a robe, is this what you should consider normal?

I sent pictures showing the quality issue, and after my initial email, they simply ghosted me. I contacted them again and was told they would send a return shipping label. They never did.

I then tried calling during their advertised business hours, and nobody answers the phone.

This is an unacceptable level of customer service for any company, let alone one charging luxury prices. Honestly, I’ve bought cheap robes on Amazon that have lasted better than this.

$200 for a robe that starts coming apart after one delicate cold wash, followed by terrible customer service and no follow-through? Absolutely ridiculous.

Avoid this company at all costs.
