❓Need Advice 🙏 I got rugged
I’m new to meme coin trading, last night I was holding a coin that was posted into quite a large telegram group, I checked all the stats on axiom, as well as insightX to check for any potential problems, everything seemed fine, the narrative was also good, qwerty and a few others had posted that they was in this coin, I was up 1 sol at around 300k market cap, it then got rugged and I lost half my port, does anyone have any tips or anything to help me avoid this in the future. Never let a profit turn into a total loss without locking in gains along the way

Take this as a harsh reality check , that meme coins are either insiders who will make money off of you and then rug you , or a creator that will rug you , or a honey pot . All options will only make you get screwed, and very very very few people will actually make money off of them

I found out the hard way with a coin it was only $5 but I lost it in 30 seconds. A great app is Coinbase. They had a warning although I never paid attention. Other warning include that it may be manipulated by a computer.

Yes, avoid meme coin trading and telegram like the plague.
