DISCUSSION: DEGIRO RELATED 🧠 Why does Degiro block some exchanges in some countries?

I wanted to buy an EMERGING MARKETS ETFs and none of them are showing on Xetra or EAM, despite being traded on those exchanges. They only show me the shit Tradegate option with terrible spread, why are they doing this?

What did DeGiro support say when you asked?

It was my fault, there is an option in the mobile app to show searched results as consolidated, that is default option, then they only show you Tradegate results for a given ticker, because thats what Degiro wants, people use Tradegate more. After checking the other options I can now see all exchanges where EM is traded.

It's not like this, you can buy in EAM for sure.

yeah I found I have to check the option box : Show all venues, instead of : Show consolidated view, which is enabled by default in the app in Search results
