I just went through a pretty rough offloading for a $5k USD / month role at a business that hired me and 4 others as a CSM.

I got hired 2 weeks ago, and despite beating the top performer every day (he's been there for 4 months now), it seems like the team overall wasn't able to keep this new product product alive despite the retention rate.

I just got my last pay and letter of recommendation with w the owner of the business wanting to be a reference for any job i apply to. The severance isn't much, and I wouldn't be posting here usually, but I just got hit with an eviction notice and being the breadwinner for 6 at age 22. This is the hardest hit ever.
