Well…no. Airspeed (or more precisely, relative wind seen at the wings) is what produces lift. Treadmill does not create a relative wind (unless it’s running moving the plane forward)

And at that point it’s the same as the aircraft…moving forward.

Motive force is applied from the propeller, not the wheels. The wheels spin freely.

It would take off the exact same way on a treadmill, but the *wheels* would be spinning faster.
