With Deadpool and Wolverine Chris Evans also had two roles in the MCU!
That being said, I don't think this meme will get old. Was great when they did a commercial with it. Always impressive when an actor talks to themselves.

Isn't the whole gimmick that they're acting like he's playing OG Doctor Doom, but he's actually going to play Tony Stark, who becomes the MCU's Doctor Doom?

According to the plot leaks for the past year: Tony from 616 is actually a Doom variant, which is why they look the same

That FANT4STIC movie isn’t really an MCU project but with the multiverse you could argue anything marvel related is canon.

Bit of a stretch but Russell Crowe. Zeus and Kraven's dad. Stretch because Kraven is Sony verse, but so is Venom who was pulled into the MCU by Strange's spell.

Gemma Chan Minn-Erva/Sersi is probably biggest example of playing 2 characters in Disney MCU films ( before RDJ) and it was just 2 years apart.
Alfre Woodard Mariah Dillard/Miriam Sharp

Stokes! Lol but seriously I know Sersi was in eternals what's the other movie?
And what other movie was Mariah in?

She was in Captain Marvel two years before Eternals, but she played a Kree so her appearance was a lot different. Google her name and Captain Marvel to see.
Alfre Willard had a small appearance in Civil War but years before that she had a big role in all seasons I think of Luke Cage show on Netflix.

I have seen luke cage. Never noticed her in civil war. Also I remember, the guy who plays Souza in Agent Carter is a cop in the 2012 Avengers

She confronts Tony Stark at the very start of movie saying her Son was killed in Sokovia, he was doing a student exchange program there ..
Ah yes good shout, it was great in Agents of Shields last season where he came back playing Agent Souza again.

Yeah I loved that. Cause in 2018 people said that Steve going back to Peggy meant Agents of shield was no longer canon and I love how that corrects it, and it's awesome that he became Daisy's love interest. She deserves a good guy after what happened with Ward.

The MCU was done for me when Stark died. Period. I haven't seen a Marvel film since then. (Aside from Deadpool and Wolverine)
That being said, I'd LOVE to see Krazinski get a F4 role or some sort of principal role (besides a small cameo) in the MCU in the future. That's one film I'd make an exception for.

I enjoyed thenjokenbut to be lame and serious:
Probably cus rdj was used simply to stroke interest in the dying marvel universe. No reason to cast him at all..

I’m just interested in how they gonna handle it if we gonna see rdj’s face, like they won’t just pretend he doesn’t look exactly like tony stark will they? If we don’t see doom’s face at all, who cares
